This is the best casino hotel and gaming in the State of Michigan. It is always fun to come here. Just got back today and we love it there, even though we came home with less money then we came with. The point is, that you can come here and play for quite awhile on your money. The hotel rooms are beautiful and very clean. The only con that I have to say about this place is the food. It’s edible and that’s about it.

Like any casino, fun can be relative to personal experience, at least in terms of winning or losing. Regardless of that, if you enjoy reasonably priced quality restaurants, and above average lodging, it's a nice place to stay for a weekend. The casino features a water park for children, and offers almost certain lodging, without having to make reservations. A wide spectrum of live, Nationally recognized artists may be another draw that appeals to music aficionados, often drawing people from other states. Mt. Pleasant itself offers many different eateries and taverns, as well as a large University feel from Central Michigan University, which is only a few miles from the Casino.

I actually has to work at the casino when I went to college over 10 years ago. I now live in Florida but was up for a visit. I love the new layout of the gaming floor. There's restaurants throughout the property and it's laid out very well. We also want a little money so that's an added bonus. For Mid Michigan this is an excellent place to visit

Visited for the first time in a long time and was pleasantly surprised by all of the updates. The players cards seem easier to use, and ended up with $30 of free gambling money. Brought a friend and we both had a blast playing the wide variety of slots available. We played all day, enjoyed the expansive buffet, and even left with a few extra bucks in out pockets! Definitely planning a trip back soon.

We've enjoyed the Soaring Eagle Casino for years and we were finally able to stay at the hotel and were not disappointed! The room was spacious with 2 comfy chairs to relax. The king size bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, clean and clean! We had a great Italian dinner at Isabella's; the view of the fountain was relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious (Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna). Oh, and let's not leave out the waitstaff; courteous and professional. We also ate breakfast at Isabella's and were not disappointed.

I started going to SE(soaring eagle) when you had to stand in line for hours at the slot palace. When the new hotel and resort was completed l was invited as a guest to stay at the hotel. My players card number was 309?. My wife and I would attend the resort every week, then twice a month, then once a month. Now we may go once a year. During the good years I was a platinum player. The reason for the decline in attendance was because the winning percentage of the slots were turned too low and the staff workers that we became acquainted with were completely disgruntled with the leadership and found different jobs.

Absolutely love this Casino Resort! We have been many times, it's much larger than our casinos in North Mississippi! So many places to eat! The room with the fireplace and soaking tub was absolutely amazing! We got the Play and Stay package and would absolutely recommend getting it if you are planning on staying overnight! Legends Diner is our favorite! Love their slots, we have never had a bad experience here! Great place all around!

Today was very enjoyable, had a very nice meal. It was nice to see everything that has been taking place since I was last there. I am very happy to see progress on our casino cards, our meal voucher is now put directly on our cards and the total amount does not have to be spent at one time at one place. This is a nice change. The reason I had not been there for a few months was because myself and a large number of people I had talked with weren't getting even close to our usual bonus free play and towards meals etc., it was very disheartening after we loyally came monthly mostly weekly at times and spent our money there. Many of us play slots and they seemed a lot tighter then usual. Everyone was mentioning this whenever a group got together at a function. We all felt bad because it is a casino locally that we all loved to go. It was so great to see changes for the consumer improving and the casino listening to all the concerns brought up. We are all looking forward to all changes for the better. We all agree that Soaring Eagle Casino is a beautiful place we love to spend our time at. I must also thank the casino for giving us our free play dollars every week with multiple bonus days a month now. April has 3 bonus days in case you missed it.

Fun place to spend an evening. Lots of games to gamble on. Friendly staff very helpful. The buffet is amazing and half price dinner on Tuesday non alcohol drinks included. Food was really good and a great selection. Awesome choice for date night. They also have a kids place now

Absolutely fantastic place for a getaway. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tubs are a treat. Especially the out door hot tub at night. Casino is as you would expect, an a la Vegas swag and there are so many great food choices right off the floor. And as a kicker they have expanded their play area for the kiddies with lots of fun games and prizes. I come here often and I'll keep coming here.

Recently stayed in a king bed jacuzzi suite, and did the play and stay package. It was an excellent value; the room was pretty nice, the jacuzzi was very roomy and perfect for a romantic evening. The play and stay package included $100 of premium play ($50/each) and $50 of dining credit. We chose to use our dining credit at Isabella's and it was a fantastic choice, very classy dining experience and the food was every bit as good as the atmosphere and presentation. Highly recommend for a dinner with your special someone! Honestly, the whole trip was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. The representative was very informative and thorough explaining to me what I needed to do once I received my card and started playing. The casino floor appeared to be clean and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the Water Lilly Lounge later in the evening. Unfortunately, there was enough seating for our large group and our food took a long time. Our appetizers came out the same time as our entrees and were not very warm. I would not recommend the food. Overall, I would go back.
