Missing Image Of Seasons Buffet
Poor service, no wonder they recently went out of business. It took a long time for a waitress to come out and get our drink order. Once our food order was placed it took a long time for the food to come out (people that ordered after us got their food before us). When we did get our food it was cold from sitting and there was wax paper from the cheese melted on my burger. We asked to talk to the manager and all he did was say sorry and they are busy we WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND (it wasn't that busy). He took the burger off our bill but only because I didn't eat it and sent it back. He did not do anything for the other food orders that were cold. After I had this experience, I talked to others and they had poor experiences as well with the Seasons Cafe. As I said, no wonder they are out of business.

The White Sangria was awesome, but everything else? Not so much. I was in a party of less than 30 (in the specific party room) but it was way too much for the waitstaff to handle. They have gluten free options, but it was certainly not easy. There was a lot of confusion as to what was gluten free and what wasn't. For dessert we got chocolate mousse, but it was served with Nilla Wafers, until we let them know we needed the mousse without them. For the main course we got Prime Rib, which was very tough, even though we asked for it rare. There were also multiple times where we asked for something, such as a spoon, a knife, etc., but it was forgotten about. Due to the fact I was in a party, I am not sure how much the food actually was. But there is no doubt that it was too much. Also, the entire time we were there (5-730pm) the restaurant only filled a few tables. It can be hard to get a table at a restaurant in Williamsburg, but it's bound to be better to wait for a table somewhere else than to not have to wait and get sub-par food here.

Had a rough meal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Everyone in the party felt nauseous after eating even though we had variety of food. The chicken salad was terrible (inedible).

Didn't even get a chance to eat. After now reading the reviews, am taking this as a blessing in disguise. While on vacation, we selected Seasons above the other half a dozen restaurants we browsed based on their menu and special of the day. It all sounded wonderful and decided to dine at the establishment after some shopping. Unfortunately, we weren't seated because we arrived at 8:10pm and unbeknownst to us, the Manager would not seat anyone after 8:00pm. Apparently ten minutes was too much for the Manager to accommodate for guests. My party of four adults was instead offered to forego food and have a drink at the bar. No, we didn't have a reservation, one was not required. Nor was this magical 8:00pm cut-off time advertised. Again, based on reviews so glad we did not eat there. I don't recommend them at all, seeing as how they have poor service before you can even get seated. Hard pass on Seasons. We recommend 2nd Street Bistro down the road.

The food is overpriced, edible but not good. I paid almost $25 for the BBQ buffet last night and the meat was of the texture that it had been way over cooked. Side dishes were blah...and dessert was lemon bars that were wet, and had been sitting out quite some time. My husband had the "chef special" it was steak and shrimp. He also paid $25. His food was by far better than mine, but his steak was undercooked. He ordered it medium and it was still mooing. I'd say his plate was closer to being worth the money but still overpriced. We should have realized it wasn't going to be good when the place was empty, literally, and every other restaurant downtown was booked with reservations and couldn't seat us in under an hour. Don't waste your money here.
