This is a high-quality hotel. They upgraded me to a suite on my first stay (a weeknight). The room was large, clean and comfortable with separate sleeping and living areas. The bathroom was large and had a shower and separate tub. The shower included a handheld shower head, which is automatically a bonus star for me for any hotel. Room service was good and reasonably priced surprisingly, with $6-$7 desserts. Valet parking is free for guests. They did leave my car uncovered at night though, but oh well.

Me and my fiancé purchased a room for a 4-night stay and came to enjoy brunch at about 2:45PM. Brunch closes at 3pm. After waiting for about ten minutes without being greeted or seated I waved to initiate some acknowledgement that we were in fact standing there. A gentlemen came over and said we had about ten minutes left for brunch and proceeded to seat us. About 60 seconds later Nadine approached us and told us that we could not be seated for brunch and had to wait an additional ten minutes to order from the full menu She was very rude and abrasive and proceeded to tell us we had to wait 10 minutes before we could be seated even though we were about to be seated. Management intervened and gave us $20 off our meal which was not enough from my opinion.

The bar by the game room is cool. Drinks are cool there. The brewery sucks. They take forever to get your food and they forgot an order once before. Gets too packed for events too. Drinks are cheap though. I always break pretty bad here when I play too.

Diamond in the rough! They treat me so good every time I'm in the area for work. The rooms are spacious and upscale and the lobby restaurant has a great variety of food on the menu. So glad this place is here.

Excellent hotel with great rooms and good location in LA. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Phenomenal Sunday brunch buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel. Big, clean, luxurious rooms. Decently priced, nice pool, and a very convenient Starbucks on the first floor. Great valet service. It's pretty far from all the tourist sites but that can also be a good thing being away from all the noise and crowds.

I had a great time! My wife and I had dinner and some drinks. The service was excellent. If you want to have a marvelous night, don't hesitate to have it at The Bicycle Hotel and Casino!

Poorly run poker tournaments. Experienced 20+ misdeals in a little over an hour. Player’s at table were expected to ante for other players who were absent (for hours). No attempt by tournament staff to balance tables. Also got dress coded for wearing a tank top in 95degree weather, after I signed up for the tournament, but they did then give me a T-shirt.

The casino is newly renovated and really nice. They have good food options and a nice hotel that was just built. The table games and poker action are both good as well. They have good table selection for poker and have a good spread of games available.

Friendly environment, the new Starbucks is awesome. The morning manager Mariana is very friendly and very helpful. The morning crew is very fast and efficient.

This 1 Star is for the valet area this is the 3rd time I’ve had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me my car. You know what’s sad is that when I asked the manager where is my car he looked at me and asked me if I paid I said wow in my head you just took my payment 10 minutes ago and asked me if I wanted to use my points on my players card. Then he went to check and they never even took my keys to go grab my car. I was disappointed and mad 😡 at the staff and the manager for having a horrible memory. The hotel and casino management should look into this matter and have it addressed to there staff and needs improvement especially when they charge us $5 for valet parking when it’s free to park it yourself and FYI they would get way better tips if they just hustled. Especially when it is busy they move like turtles 🐢. For as long as I wait to collect my vehicle I will be parking it by myself from now on to avoid the headaches.

Nice overnight getaway. Lovely hotel. Happy with our upgrade to a suite which was super clean & stylish. The bathroom was glorious. Also ate at the Brewery & were really pleased. Only bummed entertainment schedule was not accurate online, we had chosen this hotel specifically for Salsa Night, which we called to confirm was happening, then had been changed to something else. 🙁 Also, we were given credit to the spa but, what do you know, no appointments available. Hire more Spa personell, or open before 11:30 and maybe you'd be able to get more business & actually be available to the hotel guests.

We went for Sunday brunch for my mother's birthday. Even though we didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was full, the hostess helped us out by putting my partu in a small room they have. It was perfect. Service was great and so was the food. I highly recommend it. We're planning on going again.

We drove over to this hotel for a spa day with some friends. Spa was nice and the staff was great (Grace who worked in the front was especially friendly and professional). We then had dinner at the brewery inside the hotel. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The protions were also huge and definitely shareable. Our server was super nice and even let us cancel our friends order when she had to run. All around a good time.
