I ordered the rib eye steak and it was horrendous! Over cooked and so tough, like chewing jerky. 30 minutes to get my order and for 5 minutes it just sat on the counter I mentioned it to the Asian guy and he said do you think 5 minutes is too long? Then added I don't. How rude.

I decided to have a meal at the cafe after a few hours of gambling and I have to say their food and service are superb. There Monte Cristos are prepared properly (actually fried) as opposed to a lot of other joints. In addition their service personal are there to make sure you are satisfied and they do a damn good job of it. Shout out to my waiter Arther. I could only hope to get the same service he gave me at another establishment. I have nothing bad fo say about this place.

I chose the pad thai. The dish was good but could hace used a bit more flavor. Received food in a timely manner.

My cousin, aunt and I were stranded there during this weekend due to the blizzard. We decided to eat at the cafe. We sat down and the waitress with the blond hair braided into two french braids ignored us while she waitedon 4 different tables before she waited on us. We are African American. All the other people she waited on were European decent. Custmers that came in after us had ate and left before we got our food. We experience racism, poor custmer service and lack of respect. Because of this incident I've decided never to visit this establishment again Mrs. Brown.

Excellent hostess and server. Quite yet open atmosphere. Delicious entress served at just the right temperature..

Good comfort food burgers and sandwiches! The location was in a convenient area right off the check-in desk for the hotel and not quite in the casino. Our food was delivered fast, unfortunately the staff never really checked up on us after that... The food is one of the cheaper options within the hotel/casino.

We ordered pancakes There was eggshells in the pancakes. We asked for new ones...they brought the second ones out...still eggshells. Maybe they should fire the cook. Manager very nice

It is great that there is a restaurant that is open all night, but don't get the steak and eggs. My wife and I both ordered the steak and eggs. the "strip steak" was nearly paper thin (maybe about as thick as my cell phone) . We were asked how we wanted the steaks cooked, and both said medium rare, so we were expecting them to be pink inside. The steaks came out well done, but because they are so thin, I'm not sure why they even ask people how they would like to be cooked. We both left really disappointed in our steaks. Also the server never came back to check and see if the steaks were cooked to our liking. My scrambled eggs looked like someone started making a big flat omelette, and then realized it was supposed to be scrambled eggs an the plopped some omlette eggs on the plate. My wife said her over-medium eggs and hash browns were good, and I thought the white toast was buttery and good. My wife and I both left and said we need to remember, at least, to never get the steak and eggs there again if we go back. We will more likely try and not eat there again.

My husband asked me do I want to order from the deli. I said Yes!    "Nachos with meat, cheese and olives; then I said put my salsa sauce and sour cream on the side, Make it to go!"  We left the casino to return the day of the concert 2/11.  After we got inside the truck on the way home. I kept smelling something then I look inside the Grambler Grill beg! "OMG!" When I open the nachos box the smell got even stronger! Purple Chip Onions was throwing all over the nachos and then there was a  "Empty bowl and a spoon! " She/Cashier told my husband for me to dig out the onions but there was so many to dig out!!!  The Cashier would not redo the order just mean, jealous and evil. "After the way she treated us!" I hope she feel much better now. "That was very hurtful and disappointed to us!" Because we eat there and other family members all the time! She shouldn't stand there and watch who goes in and out of the box office if she's going to get jealous!  And take it out on Gambler Grill Customers.... Incident 1/31/2017 @2:40pm
