Great because they have the biggest no smoking Area of any casino in the area. Variety of places to eat and drink. Hotel on premises is nice inside and out.

This casino is my favorite, the dealers are great and they always make sure we are having a good time. Awesome customer service from all staff except the bartenders. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it took 45 minutes to get a drink, everytime. They need more experienced bartenders and cocktail servers. Even the bar manager needs some more training, or at least help when they are busy.

Had lunch at The Mill. Seated right away. Waitress finally came to get our drink order. Took almost 10 minutes to receive our two Pepsi's. Ordered our sandwiches and watched some b-ball on the big screen. Still waiting for food 20min, b-ball over, now watching hockey, still waiting for food. It's sandwiches, how long can it take?! Watching hockey, "oh look, our food" Nope! Finally get our food, it's tasty, fries are kinda cold, can't get our waitresses attention as she chats with coworkers, need a Pepsi please! Finally she's coming our way. Yes! My foods gone, but I gotta wash it down. Forget it, I'll stop at the fountain, she ain't coming back. Most staff need training in customer service!

Black Oak is a terrific casino and resort. The payout is fair, much better than most of the other California casinos. And the rooms at the Hotel are fantastic. It’s a classy top-notch place. And the staff is kind and helpful. I highly recommend patronizing this establishment.

The casino itself is more aimed for a older audience. Only in the sense that it’s a literal casino. Putting that aside. They do have areas for children. Downstairs, they have an arcade which have a wide range of games to play. In the same floor they have a bowling alley, a hamburger and bar joint. It’s a good place to take your family. Make sure to bring money for yourself and your kids. Side note. Although it is out in the middle of nowhere I had great cell reception. But I have AT&T. Also keep note that the food is a bit overpriced. But as before mentioned it is a casino. Had a great time.

Black Oak has done an excellent job making their establishment truly a resort getaway for the whole family. They have a whole floor dedicated to kids and family and a floor for the casino which has smoking and non smoking areas and tons of great machines. Good vibe. Great staff. Lots of fun.

Really enjoyed this place and all of the amenities! The restaurants have great value and provide nice sized portions for your money. The lunch buffet is excellent! Love the bowling alley, arcade, salt water swimming pool and hotel! Highly recommend this location for families or if you just want to get some gambling in!

Just love love this casino. It's super clean unlike some. The staff is very friendly. We have a big family from all ages and just love how there is something for everyone to do here. We went to the casino floor which was big and nice. The restaurants are very good. The restaurant by the bowling alley has some decent prices and the food taste amazing

Great place to stay and gamble! I know that there are other things to do because I see people all over the place but my husband and I love to gamble. The rooms are nice but the beds are way to soft for our comfort and that’s the ONLY complaint we have. Everyone here are so friendly and accommodating! My favorite casino!

Clean and great staff. I just wish food was a better value for seniors. Larger is not always better for those with smaller appetites.

The Casino is nice and compact with tons of machines but not a lot of tables. Wished they had real craps and roulette but the staff was great. Dealers are friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed: Thursday night buffet: prime rib. Salad bar improved; added spinach and more topping choices. Added soft serve ice cream machine. Small portion desserts. Impressive price at $14.99. Satisfactory: only meat was prime rib. Husband said minestrone soup was like eating gravy. Desserts appeared dry. No fresh fruit. Service: attentive and cleared table timely.

Smoking and non-smoking areas. All the slot I love. Upscale. Nice staff. Safe. Good parking. Definitely will return.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. We ate at two different locations and the food was excellent at both. Casino was very nice, lots of different machines to try. We had a great time.

My wife and I came in on a Friday night and did their Friday night date night special $45 a person for a five-course meal and everything was absolutely delicious. It was smaller portions but it was just enough for us. And then we each got $10 to use at the casino it was a great date night!

More than anything this is a casino. If you have kids you can leave them in the "Underground" which is an arcade on the first floor. If you want family fun they have bowling alleys right next to the kid's arcade. They have a pizza restaurant along with a sports bar all in the Underground alone. As for the casino part well it has slots, poker tables, and digital roulette. The casino also has a non smoking play area which I thought was kinda neat, but smoke still gets into the non smoking section because air.

I always enjoy coming to Black Oak Casino . I don't always win but I always have fun. This weekend was the first time we stayed at the Black Oak Resort Hotel. I was very impressed. The room was very spacious with all the amenities and more. The proximity to the the casino is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the friendliest casinos you will ever experience. I have been coming to black oak casino since it was a little steel hut way back when. Or lets just say since it started as a little acorn. They truly make you feel like family. And not only locals but everyone that walks through their doors. The place is impeccably clean which I feel speaks volumes of the overall moral of the employees. Most importantly it's just plain fun for the whole family🎲🎰🃏
