Nice place for a get away. The buffet is great and the karaoke is good to listen to on Saturdays. And if you like to play, the machines are all pretty fun as well. Love it.

I have been to this casino many many times. Machines are super tight for us. Food service is nothing to rave about it's actually terrible. Good luck!

Tried out the newly renovated buffet, must have been really bad before as new one is totally self service as no servers to bus tables. Saw only one server numerous tables dirty, the manager sat up by cashier chatting not really caring how dirty dining room was. Should have spent some money hiring a better staff. Great carving station and grill to cook on they make burgers. How about carving some beef or ham, we can get burgers at snack bar. The snack bar four cooks, one cashier no one there every table dirty. Again hire some food managers who have a clue what a disappointing experience. This rating is for dining only, the rest is worth three stars great selection of machines, good entertainment in bar area. Again on food and beverage side few and far between lack of beverage servers on the floor until much later.

I have few complaints, except that I wished the entire gaming floor was smoke free, leaving one room for smokers. Food and service largely excellent at the Smoke. Wind card players should be afforded more amenities. The non-Indian and non-smokers are the largest share of players and customers, please accommodate us by going smokeless. We are regular players and customers at the Shooting Star and have been for 10 years, driving round trip 70 miles. Thank you for this opportunity to comment.

Had a great time dancing with friendly people. Bartenders know me n have drink ready for me. Even my wife has prompted service for her coffee when she shoes up. Couldn't think of going anywhere else. Talon Whitehorse

The place is not very pleasing,me and my wife have been here many times but the experience on 7-6-18 has us at a struggle on were to get away for a few hours or overnight! After getting into our room it smelled like the people in there last had a cat after investigating we found our king bed soiled, now we went back to the check in desk and they said they were sorry but didn't have another king room, ended up with a double queen and no compensation, then came supper!! Oh my might as well just stop. Good luck with your experience people

Stayed in the RV campsite. It was an amazing experience. The park is kept immaculate and the community bathroom and showers are clean and well kept. The price was $20.00 a night from May thru September. A super deal! The RV park has all three hookups, water, sewer, and 20, 30, 50 amp hookups. A must visit place to RV!

This is a great spot to take a 2 day vacation. The whole experience is just like a mini getaway. Their are a wide variety of slot machines and online poker. The dealers are very friendly and always make the experience better. The mustang Sally bar is very fun! You get to sing and watch karaoke with friends and family. The food here has consistently gotten better year after year. I personally really enjoy their quick cheeseburgers though. There greasy and tasty! The hotels are pretty descent but nothing fancy. It can be a long walk to your room but its not a big deal. Finally they have a pool and hot tub. Just the icing on the cake for a great getaway.

It's a nice casino it has good restaurants the buffet is closed and being upgraded at the time of this review so nothing on that i haven't been to a show there so no call on that as for the gambling area it's almost all penny nickel and dime slots some dollar and 5 dollar machines there are only 10 quarter machines in the whole place the games are fun so in whole it's a good place to go

5 stars...IF they didn't change the price of our room once we got there. I had a conformation screen shot of our reservation $120. But when we arrived, they increased it to $160, and said we could either cancel it or pay up. Other than that.... everything ok.

Was at a fundraiser for Homeward animal shelter and won a raffle for a free night stay. Certificate was to expire on a Friday. They said they were full. Which I understand, there was someone performing that night. Left 4 messages that day with the manager, Tim, and never received a call back. Just wanted to ask him if he could extend the certificate one more night. I even explained that in my message left. Called back the next day and left a message with HR and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional!!!

Sometimes too Smokey. Good games quality entertainment on weekends. Although I really enjoy the older games, my wife really enjoys the new ones. Buffets are a treat. With variety. It's been a while since I've been to a meeting there. The conference rooms are always comfortable. As are the hotel rooms. A good variety of big name acts.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. The food at the buffet was very good and there was a large selection. The food in the Smokies restaurant was exceptional! The server was friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back and try another entree. Casino was greedy, couldn't win no matter how hard we tried.

Hotel room clean but bathroom light blindingly bright ( very unpleasant if you get up to go to the bathroom at night). Casino was well staffed. Had a fairly awful buffet dinner on Jan 2 when the buffet attendant was oblivious to empty hotel pans and dried out offerings. The casual restaurant in the dining room was a very nice dining experience. Had an affordable meal - steak cooked correctly and flavourful and great service. Other than pool area and casino, any hotel seating is very limited. It would be nice if there was a bench or chair here or there to say, eat my Tim Horton’s at while my room is being cleaned.

This Casino will NEVER get my business again. Every time we have visitied this Casino, the check in time, takes a long time. Approxiamtely 20 people in line this time and they had three employees checking people in. There were another two employees, behind the counter and they were looking at their computer and not even worried that there were so many people in line. THEN one employee gets up and walks away from checking people in. No one took her place, so we are down to two employees and still a long line of people checking in. Took half hour to check in. Room was overpriced for what we got. Then when playing slots on the floor, not once did a cocktail server come around and serve drinks. Had to go to the bar and get a drink, get to the bar and it takes a long time to be served there. The only one serving drinks on the floor, was this very nice man that was serving, Ice Cold Beer. I don't drink beer. Very bad experience. Now I know why I go to other Casinos.

We went on Xmas day. Got there early, knowing check in wasn't till 3pm. Told rooms weren't ready, check back. Kept checking and did not get to check in till 6pm. Not the rooms reserved! 2 doubles instead of queen. Rooms not clean. Beds looked like they just pulled up covers called it good. TV was on???? Couldn't find remote. Guess what? Under the bed!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Stayed here thanksgiving night. We went to the buffet.....what a joke. We were there at 4pm the food was a real let down. We were told there would be meat so we start to plate up and theres pressed turkey and its so dry it could not be eaten. The rest of the food was cold. We wont ever eat there again. For the 2 of us it was almost 45.00 and we left hungry. Mike was going to ask for our money back but the guy was such an ass he just let it go. On the brighter side the machines were awesome!!

apparently this casino does not want my repeat business. while visiting casino floor tried slots after sticking three bills in machine only two registered upon finding a slot manager to find problem, I watched scan and told only two bills entered slot. I asked if they would open door to check if bill jammed in box. they laughed at me and walked away, not happy. Was given coupons for hotel , told no room available this went on for several months. what good are coupons if you can't use them. Was given comp. money to play, told can not use in selected machines, why ? When I was using in their roulette machine they made that machine not usable for comp dollars. when I asked why they told me I was cheating them. After their new card program all comps drooped significantly. New slogan should be WHO WANTS LESS..
