Definitely upgrade from a standard room to at least a deluxe. The furniture, lamps and TV looked as though they got it from a dumpster. Mold around the base of the toilet. Numerous burn holes in the carpet, dirty walls, etc. They did come at 930 pm and replace our ac unit in the room due to it not working. Was upgraded to a deluxe our 2nd night although it's better. It still is NOT up to standard in comparison to other casino hotels. Take my advice, stay elsewhere. The casino itself is a fun place to play, our favorite in fact. Does take a while to get drinks.

My experience wasn't the greatest but the help of some of the staff made up for everything to the best of their ability. I lost my Good friend of 25 years and come to just relax after driving 6 hours straight from the funeral to be greeted by an awesome caring manger named Mr. Henderson their are no words to express my gratitude for his compassion. The Lady at the call center named Ms. Ollie thanks so much for your words of encouragement. There's not too many people like you two lift in the casino industry in tunica your compassion and willingness to help the guess is priceless. The five stars are for you two

Great buffet. Enjoyed the crab legs.. they had steak that was cooked well done, I like mine well we'll done. The griller was really nice about cooking mine longer. BTW.. no luck on machines😕

My experience was fine. I didn't expect much at the great rate we got. The hotel is dated. The casino i has a pretty old crowd. But, drinks are free if you are gambling. Rooms were clean. The hot tub worked. It was worth the price for sure.

Nice nice and very nice! Had a wonderful time even got to see uncle Tommy. Although the food options at the restaurant for dinner were really good, breakfast was different. The fruit bar or station looked terrible. Should of been an array of fresh fruit. It would also be nice if the entertained the option of having chicken or turkey option for breakfast meat. Turkey sausage or bacon would have been nice. Overall it was fun! Nice and clean!

There should be negative stars. Had to pick one to be able to post. Stayed there for one night in a room on 1st floor room 161 and the window did not lock. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the facilities. Checked out next morning by handing my room keys to woman at checkout desk. Did not get receipt. Big mistake. Noticed my account being charged. Called on Thursday just after noon. Talked off and on between them and my bank. Was still being charged for my room. Was told that I was still in the room. Finally on Friday my ghost(haha) went out the window. Yes, room was found locked with the window wide open. I cursed a few people trying to straighten this out. I am BANNED because I didn't like my debit card being used without explanation nor permission. And I CURSED. My question when I called on Thursday why was that room not checked?...... Why was I not told that room was locked and chained? Was window checked on Thursday?,....... Was I SAFE here???????

It was recommended that I stay here by family and friends. I reserved a room through a third party site, and check in was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay very much. Spent some time in the jacuzzi, ate at the hotel buffet, and gambled a little. The place looks like a castle, which is so cool. The staff was very professional and positive. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed the night here. The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and the room included a refrigerator. We visited the snack bar because we got in late. I got a really good hamburger. There weren't a lot of people there for a Friday night. I didn't mind though because it allowed us to socialize with the artist that had just performed at the show. I also had breakfast there. The pancakes were also good.

Out in the middle of nowhere - what a wonderful surprise! Rooms a little dated but comfy & clean. Nice little pool. Onsite restaurants are decent. Parking extremely convenient. Super friendly staff. Casino has small payouts like all the casinos in the area, but you get the first $100 lost back in comp dollars. Great rates and strong shower w cool coffee maker in room.

I have rarely ever given a review but I thought it only a common courtesy to warn my fellow gamblers of this casino. Check in was horrible. I was promised an upgrade after a bad experience last Christmas got to my room there was no upgrade and it was dirty. You would think that walking down the hallways would be clean.. No. The elevators smelled horrible and it was a large water puddle on the elevator floor. The front desk employees were nothing short of unprofessional. The supervisor was not friendly I mean a serious powertrip at what use to be a lovely casino many years ago. I never plan to return. The prices are low indeed but the quality is less than poor. If I could've given this no stars I definitely would have.

This has become my all time favorite place to visit when I make a spontaneous trip to Tunica, well, technically, Robinsonville cause that is where all the casinos are at. They always have the best promotions when it comes to their free play and their buffet. Their staff is the main reason I enjoy it so much!!! Ken has been my all time favorite person I have came encounter with so far. He is one of the casino hosts there and he made my experience ten times better then what I expected. Last thing I want to mention is how gorgeous their perfectly manicured property is. It is, simply, picture perfect and that’s exactly what I did.

This place is terrible... I'm not big on casinos by any means, but my experience here between me and my wife may actually keep us from ever returning to Tunica. I'll put it like this. If you were a smoker and you love to gamble then this place may be ok for you. If you are over 50 then you may actually fit in with the crowd. My advice is to do some research on a better location if you don't meet the criteria above. That all being said, my interaction with any of the staff was fine and drinks are about a dollar cheaper than you would normally pay at a bar.

This place is the BEST ever... We love it here... the employees are the best... the food is awesome... the drinks are never ending... Our hostess is fabulous!!! Our room is always good... been here several times and never left disappointed... wonderful place to get away and have fun!! Oh!!! And try out the pool and hot tub... And steak house...

Great place, got a room for $34, buffet for $12 bucks each. Slots, is slots, but the food, that's we're its at for Fitz. The variety is great and the food itself is top notch. We had some catfish, freshly put on the line and it was some of the very best I've had in a long time. I'll not even go into the desert selection, its to vast to even get into. The German Chocolate cake was super rich, the wife couldn't eat it all. Not to mention our waiter Jonathan kept us well taken care of.

I love the Fitz.. the staff is very friendly..the rooms are clean. The food is always good.. they have a great pool and hot tub. they give great comps. I will always recommend the Fitz.

The casino was nice and we had fun, though we didn't really win and drinks were hard to get. Seemed there was only one waitress per floor. There's two floors of slots. The floor (slots) staff weren't friendly and it took almost an hour for one to come get my ticket out of the slot machine when it jammed up inside the the printer. But the bartender was accommodating. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable but not in the newly renovated part of the hotel and the water pressure was weaking in the sink and shower. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and professional.

I had a very good experience. Truck's welcome with truck parking & free Trucker's Club. Rooms were a lil dated but clean, very comfortable beds, quiet & well maintained. Price of rooms are fantastic & comes with breakfast buffet. Lots of different slot machines to choose from. Could put in table games on both floors (currently table games are on one floor). Over all experience 4 stars.

We had a nice time....the employees were friendly. There weren't enough blackjack tables. Our room was fairly clean....not perfect...the room was old and needed updating.. not many tv channels and the tv was ancient. The air conditioner in our room did not work well. Definitely would not want to stay there in the heat if the summer. It would have been nice to have a microfridge and bottles water in our room since the water in Tunica is so bad. We had fun...but not because of our room

Absolutely horrible!!!! Rooms not clean. Horrible service!!!!! Got there and gambled over 2 hours and not once asked if I needed a drink or anything!!!! And i even sat at the bar!!!! The staff was all hiding and just talking and hanging out amongst each other. Went to my room to shower and there was hair all over the tub... yuck...never again!!!!! Ruined my valentines weekend with my girlfriend!!!!! Thanks, not......

I was not impressed! Stayed in casino for several hours and not once did anyone come around and ask if we wanted drinks...even went to sit at bar and couldn't get any service.....it was almost like it was an inconvenience for them! The maid was the nicest person we met. The room was just ok......I've spent less at other places and got better room! Went to Hollywood's and had a better time and had actual payouts.

Surprisingly good stay. The lobby is nicely remodeled and the top floor (7,8,9) rooms are modern and well appointed. I stayed on 6 which was discounted with dated, hokey decor. My bed however was comfortable with an array of pillows. Good value. I'd stay again.

The Fitz is a great place to stay and has an awesome Casino. Games that are not available in other casinos, better comps and employees who are courteous and helpful are our 3 main reasons to stay at Fitz. They also have special rates! We love discounts. Beautiful lobby, all the amenities, and luxury rooms for less!
