As I mentioned in other reviews, it is becoming very evident over the years how Penn National and all of the other property owners are neglecting their properties. It’s sad to see what’s happening to Tunica & I hope they turn it around. Specific to Hollywood: I used to love playing here. The excitement and all the hustle/bustle of everything going on led to an excellent experience. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. When we first pulled up, I thought the place was closed. It looked desolate and abandoned. There was no action in the valet area, the marquees were empty, and trash blew along the concrete. So sad. The casino floor was depressing. Once it was hard to find a place to sit. Now you have free roam. Also, when I go anywhere, I want to feel welcomed and appreciated. Not too long ago, I got that in Tunica - everywhere I went. Unfortunately that was not the case during this trip.

Great place to visit. A variety of machines and table games to play. We loved looking at all the movie memorabilia. The lunch buffet was very good and had a great selection for the price. Will definitely visit again!

My visit to Hollywood Casino was good haven't hit the jackpot in about 7 or 8 years maybe one day I will hit one the people of kind and the service is good only thing I have to add to that need more slot attend working the floor. Hope that help. Also the player cards are not working efficiently when you try to use them at your other Casino in your chain. Customers should not be worrying about if they're points or to transfer or not.

Had a good time at Hollywood Casino. The casino was busy with lot of gamers. It started out a little slow for me but after a couple of lazy slot machines, read cold. I won back my losses. We weren't there long, a few hours but I took a small amount of their money home with me. And the cocktail waitresses were attentive. 👍

I love....Love....Love this place. So much to and do. The nice people in your gift shop. Great home feeling Linda gave me and my daughter in the gift shop. She was so helpful in making our selections and went out of her way to make our day pleasant. The machine were great had a wonderful time looking at Elvis display and all display. Bathroom was clean. I will be back. Good way to celebrate my daughters Birthday. Love it. All good credits....😍🎂🎶🎵🎼😙😊🎶🎵🎼

The room was excellent. The food, not so much. Customer service was seriously lacking and the room wasn't ready until nearly two hours past check in time. The machines were tight and the floor was loud, so not the best for being social while you gamble.

Best casino in Tunica! Drinks (which are free) are without a doubt worth the trip. If you are looking for good drinks and great conversation, this is your place. Sean, Nathan, Monroe and Justin are the best! Impossible to not have a good time with them, so don't forget to tip ;) The casino is big and has plenty of machines to choose from. Love the nickel machines at the left end. The hotel rooms are big, clean and modern. The smoking rooms don't smell of smoke at all, which isn't common. WiFi works great.

Always enjoy the friendly staff here and the decor here is awesome. Whoever came up with the idea of putting a Titanic replica in there was a genius!!! They even built a little river around it, too, which encircles the casino.

Nice clean casino with an excellent selection of slot machines. Movie memorabilia on display around the perimeter of casino. Liked that there was no onslaught of stinky cigarette smell when I walked in. Very polite staff. If you don't already have one, be sure to set up a Marquee Rewards account at the cashier cage (bonus for new members). Good selection on restaurants, but we didn't actually eat there. Next door to Resorts casino, and across the street from Sam's Town casino.

While we were guests at the hotel.. there was a water main break that effected all 3 hotels right there together.. no bathrooms for several hours.. all water had to be boiled.. we had to leave and visit other casinos in order to be comfortable and have a good time.. I realize this was not the hotels fault but it still effected our stay..

Nice that you can move around here, but it is in need of updating. Bar area definitely needs new machines. Buttons an screens are not very sensitive gotta mash them down. Staff is friendly, some of the prettiest waitress's I've seen.

My boyfriend and I stayed here as part of a nice weekend. We really enjoyed our king room. The furnishings were nice, but there were some lacking things related to housekeeping. The bed wasn't made correctly so much so that the flat sheet was on top of the duvet. There were dead ladybugs on the window sill, and there were spider webs on the vents in the bathroom. Also, we reserved a nonsmoking room, but our room featured two ashtrays, leading us to believe we were not in a nonsmoking room. The food options were limited as the buffet resembled a cafeteria more than it's actual namesake. However, the breakfast buffet may have been worth it's cheap cost. The movie memorabilia was a nice decorative touch, but this casino doesn't seem to compare well to others in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

When looking at the Web page it says free wifi. When I tried connecting to the wifi I couldn't. Tried using the room phone to call the front desk, it didn't work. So called them on my cell and ask about the wifi. The answer was we don't have that yet. Working on it. ......

GREAT place the Lani suites are great, awsome bathroom and shower. Our host Jo Ann is great and we love Rex and the staff at Fairbanks their steaks are the best, Nola shrimp and the pecan pie is the best really like the service the best that we have at any hotels. We went to Gatlinburg and stayed at the most horrible place West gate resorts after a week in a crappy place went to Hollywood for a GREAT weekend.

All of the staff we encountered during our visit were helpful and courteous. The room was nice, the movie exhibits were neat, and the buffet food was fantastic. The only thing that I was bothered me was all of the cigarette smoke since I'm not a smoke, but I think that just goes with it being a casino.

Room was nice and clean but a bit small. We stayed here to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, of which both were disappointing. The pool had way to many chemicals in it and the hot tub was a cold tub. When I complained at checkout she said they didn't know of the issue yet maintenance checked it while we were in the pool so I don't know how they couldn't have known and no type of compensation was offered. We will not be back to stay there again.

Nice gaming room. Visually appealing with several movie motifs. Clean, neat and very friendly staff. The buffet was very good, but more expensive than I expected it to be... $29.95/person. Didn't stay overnight so I can't comment on the hotel. Overall positive experience
