Not vegetarian friendly. I ordered a cheese pizza with tomato. It came with pepperoni. I complained and the server insisted they were slices of tomato. They were not.
Another time I came and ordered a cheese quesadilla. It came with chicken on it.
Today I tried again. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and it came with steak.
When I complained, I was told that this “should not have happened”. Well, duh.
This place obviously has no control of their food process. I would not trust them to serve you in contaminated meals. And not just meat. I wouldn’t be surprised if they served rat feces and roaches. I mean, why not? They serve all sorts of other garbage that you don’t ask for.
Terrible company. Terrible management. Terrible cooks. Terrible food.
Late Friday afternoon and we sat at the bar. Food was average but the service was horrible.
Bartender couldn't have been more disinterested and she seemed as personable as a box of rocks. Took 10 minutes to get her attention to order drinks even though there were only a handful of people at the bar and very few in the restaurant. Tried our best to be friendly, but to no avail. Came close to just walking out. Took another 10 minutes to order food. After food arrived we had to ask for everything as we were never provided with mustard, ketchup, salt pepper, etc. We were never asked how food was or if everything was ok (which is wasn't as we didn't get one item). We were just pretty much ignored the entire time. Quite baffling
We had to request our check twice. Pretty much the worst bar service we have ever encountered.
One of my favorite sports bars in Kansas City. There are TVs everywhere. Including the large projector screens and the TVs in front of every booth and all over the world. Tons of space for sports fans. They always have the latest events whether it is boxing or UFC. Always Royals And Chiefs games. The food is very tasty and I have stayed consistently good over the years. Everything is good. Try a giant pretzel or a beer tower. The best thing about this sports bar is that it’s attached to a casino.
We have walked past this place at least a hundred times but we finally decided to give it a try recently. We're very glad we did. The food is great with fast and friendly service. It was reasonably priced and the atmosphere was comfortable.
I personally have only won there twice . Although they are fairly large amount. The hotel is pretty nice. Especially the suites. . Which are phenomenal
The atmosphere here is incredible. My fiance and I often go to Ameristar and try the plethora of great restaurants, but Amerisports is one of our favorites. The brewed on site beer is unmatched in KC! They have a dark brow that is the best I've ever had! And for those cravings when you're unable to spend a day at the tables yourself, just grab a growler or keg of your face to take home with you. The food is great and the portion sizes are nice and big! Perfect for when you've lost track of time at the slot machines or poker tables inside the casino.
Brendon was an incredible waiter. He was on top of everything, from the drinks to the food. Never had an empty glass. He checked on us often and was a joy to be around. Always had a smile and truly treated us like he was glad we stopped by. I would recommend this to anyone. Class act.
