I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ve never had issues until today. I came in at 1:30 pm and ordered a grilled cheese with onion rings and a croissant. I waited for several minutes, and everyone who had ordered after me ended up getting their food before me. About 20 minutes after I ordered, they finally called my name. They had given me a chicken sandwich, not a grilled cheese, so I let them know and proceeded to wait for them to fix it. I realized they had forgotten my croissant so I had to go back and ask for that as well. I waited another 20 min before I went up to check on my grilled cheese (they hadn’t even started to make it) because they had been fulfilling other orders that had come in after mine before fixing my messed up order. He said he’d have it done in a minute, and when it was done, he had forgotten my onion rings and I had to wait another 10 min. I was there for almost an hour. Considering my lunch break is only half an hour, this is a serious problem.

This place has the worst burritos. We ordered using our gaming points two chicken burritos. We received two large lumps filled with very dry chicken and white rice.They offer absolutely zero salsa. The burritos were flavorless. We wont be going back.

Are you joking? Terrible place to eat. Food is not worth what you pay...oh wait.....that is if they have food. I mean come on, learn how the restaurant business works. You have it on the menu...then you need to have it. I get when it is a busy day and you run out of one or two items. But soup? That is the easiest thing to keep up on. Then meats for your sandwiches, push dogs,hot dogs. Yes these are the things they did not have. I finally just asked for the small list of items they had. When we finally got something, it felt like we went to an artic circle. Not bashing artic circle but when I go there I know what I am getting. Paid too much for what little we did get. Oh yeah, they pretty much had cheeses burgers, salad, chicken........ just do yourself a favor and drive to Carl's JR.

Don't waste your TIME or your MONEY just like I'm not going to waste my time going on about how much this place sucks... Just walk to a different hotel for food. Seriously!!!

Robert the cashier was very rude. clearly doesn't like his job. full menu all night? yeah right. settled and waited way too long to get even tenders and fries. horrible service here. UPDATE: Gave this place one more chance the next day and was told that they decided to close early. We come here to stay and have fun and with the only place open to get food at night, we still can't even get decent service? wow. whats the point in this place even being here or advertising that it'll stay open til 4am? And no, I don't want to call food services. I don't plan on coming back.

Sarah seriously needs an attitude adjustment! If she doesn't like working here she sure can leave! My first time ever being here and she made me feel as if I was a burden. I will not give my money to rude ass people! How does she still have a job with her disrespectful ass??

Sarah was the rudest cashier. I asked for a classic burger and then asked if it has any pork in it. She then said the patty has bacon in it in a screaming tone. I told her do they have anything with no pork and she rolled her eyes and said the French dip. I am was applauded by this service. Whoever hired Sarah needs to rethink it. She must have a rough life, but shouldn't take it out on the customers. She was rude to the wrong person.
