I'm currently staying for 3 days here. It's a huge place and casino covers most part of it. The place is safe and looks very fancy and entertaining for gamers. 7Eleven is just around. Rooms are more like small apartments but these are properly air conditioned. A small swimming pool is there. Very well mannered staff and people living here. The wearher is hot apni don't feel like going out :(

Here I can sit back and relax, think and try to win money on their TIGHT nickel progressive slot. I love their Bingo and the staff are just the best, I love them all. The buffet and it's staff are always so helpful. I once was attract by a housekeeping employee in the bathroom, I reported it to Security and spoke to the Mananger and fill out a report. This happened over a year ago. Don't get assaulted by any of their cleaning employee because Management WANT Look into it or contact you even after you file a report of the accident. Sad the just don't care.

I stayed at Arizona Charlie's on Boulder one night waiting for my apartment to be ready for move in. It was a nice spot there is no hotel tower the rooms are in 3 story buildings kind of like a Budget Suites kind of feel. The room was upgraded at the desk because my dad was also staying with me and had a scooter. So the room had a full size in the.living room area and a king in the bedroom. Yes it was upgraded to a 1 bedroom. It was a nice stay. I would recommend it to others for a cheaper place to stay away from the strip.

Absolutely deplorable. The floor was filthy, i was bitten by something that left a scar on my pointer finger. The sheets were tattered and the blanket had stains on it, and the room was musky. My 9 year old grandson said it was the worse place he has ever seen, and couldn't believe that we actually had to sleep here. I was sad for him as we have never lodged at such a run down dump. Run in the opposite direction from this dump. If there were a zero rating they would definitely have it. Yuckoooo!

The room was nice and clean. I loved that this place had 2 shampoos and 2 conditioner's. The towels were plush, and soft. The buffet for dinner was a great value. And the prime rib was wonderful. The pool was cold, but the jacuzzi was extra hot. Great experience.

Was a good meal. Brought a friend to the casino. We came on Tuesday when the buffet was two for one. You don't have a whole lot of choices. Your staff on the other hand is very nice. You should mark the line for the disabled so there are no questions. Your staff did make sure to seat us quickly. The other casinos in the area need to do the same. It is definitely a change from the regular casino buffet.

We've been coming here for year cause of the steak and eggs. It use to be 2.99 then 5.99 Now its 8.99 or something. Not sure if I want to come here anymore for that. I might just start going to Longhorn Casino cause for the price it's better quality meat. Thanks for the memories 👍🏼

Room was nice and cool. Even had a refrigerator which is uncommon, but the Internet went out every 40 seconds. Took 5 hours to watch a 20 minute video. Do not stay here if you need Internet to/for work

Decent rate, not the best area though our friends purse was stolen from her car while we had breakfast. The cafe had decent prices and good food, and even better they leave you with a carafe of coffee at your table while eating so you dont have to wait for more coffee. Good servers s well.

I love Arizona Charlies. We are currently staying in the RV park and visit the casino frequently. Our Host Liliann is the best. Always making sure we are having fun and have what we need. My favorite cocktail server Heather treats us like family and I think the world of her. The RV park is quiet, clean and they have great security

The room was not clean upon arrival. I wiped the toilet seat off because something was visible and soft! My vent cover in the bathroom was off. Casino smoke was severely strong. I asked for a renovated room over a month ago, when I arrived they said they really didn't renovate. That they actually renovated another 1 of their buildings. Their staff was friendly.

Very poor customer service Experience with a RACIST waitress. First of all, my GRANDMA was FEEDING MONEY to the machines and she asked the waitress for WATER, not a drink, water. She rudely responded, she doesn’t carry water on her tray. She didn’t even offer to get it. During all this, I noticed her serving white customers politely. A little later, me, my grandma, and boyfriend went upstairs to play slots and possibly bingo. My boyfriend kindly asked how much are the cocktails(intending to buy it anyway) she replied “I’m not sure how much it costs, you would have to go to the bar” (she’s serving drinks from the bar BTW) she follows with a “you get drinks when you pay to play” (at the time my grandma was playing the game and my boyfriend was getting his money together) She walked away so fast before even asking what he wants or anything. Then she proceeds back to my boyfriend rudely and says “you want something “ and it only got worse. I asked for a drink after placing 5 dollars in the machine and I never got a chance to place an order. It was so obvious that we were racially profiled and treated as such. My grandma is an accomplished woman visiting from California. My boyfriend and I are new residents. This experience was so horrible, I will never go back. It felt it was 1966 in Georgia.

We went to the Prime Rib buffet at Arizona Charlie's ($12.99pp with card) and it was the best prime rib we've had at a 'locals' buffet... certainly worth it for all-you-care-to-eat. The buffet is small, but the food I had was excellent. Service was good too. If you're looking for an off-strip place to gamble this is a good place too. Good atmosphere and it wasn't too crowded (or smokey!). Big 'thumbs-up' from me!
