Great locations! Food was subpar compared to other places across the country. You pay for the dining experience and the great drinks but the food is what I came for and I felt let down. Maestros (Chicago) or Johnny and Carlos (Cincinnati) or Rib Chop(Livingston MT) have considerable advantages on the food served here... If you say you are the best be the best!!! No Exceptions!!!

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We gladly waited a little beyond our reservation time to sit on the patio by the fountains, and it was so very worth it. Not to mention that the food and service were excellent. Yes, it's expensive. But so is any fine steakhouse on the strip. If you're going to spend the money, why not do so in the company of a view you will never forget?

Prime has the best views in the Bellagio for dinner. The food is beyond delicious and the service is prompt and courteous. I’ll let our dinner pictures speak for themselves!

Went here for my anniversary and had the aged ribeye, mashed potatoes and broccoli. One of the best steaks I've had. The mashed potatoes were the best! Definitely worth the money.

Amazing! Get the steak. I love the art hanging in the restaurant. The food and service is top notch! If your looking for a great meal you have to eat here.

Great view! Make sure to ask for a patio table right behind the Bellagio fountains. Excellent filet and wines.

Best steak I have personally ever eaten. They give you 3 sauces. One was a fermented garlic ,wine, ginger that had set for 3 days. EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING

If I could give it 10 stars I would! Great food and staff! Will definitely return when I visit Vegas! Pricey, but you get what you pay for! We were a party of 10 and no one had to send their steak back!

My husband and I vacationed in Las Vegas for our honeymoon. We made reservations at Prime and couldn't wait to dine at an acclaimed restaurant. While the service we received was excellent and the view on the patio was incredible, the food was subpar. I ordered a medium rare New York Strip. Steak that is cooked beyond medium rare should be a crime. Any decent steakhouse should recognize that. When I received my entree, it looked decent, but once I cut into it I realized it was terribly overcooked. There wasn't a hint of pink throughout the whole cut. It was dry and, quite honestly, a huge waste of money. Additionally, during one of the fountain shows, an employee of the restaurant stood at the table in front of us through the entire show (and well after). He appeared to be catching up with the group after years of not seeing each other. Regardless of the subject of their conversation, it put a damper on our experience. I wanted to love this place. However, based on my experience, it appears to be very overrated. Save yourself the trouble - there are countless other places to watch the fountain show and get a better meal in Vegas.

With an abundance of great steaks to choose from in Las Vegas, Prime still takes the cake for the best food and the best view. With a request made ahead of time, we were seated at a window with a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains. Unfortunately, the night was windy, so the fountains show did not begin until the end of our meal. Our group of four each ordered a steak (Dry-aged Ribeye is the winner) and split three sides and a bottle of wine. The recommended wine paired perfectly with the meat. My favorite side-dish was the scalloped potato, though the broccoli and mac and cheese were also great. I would return in a heartbeat.
