A unique designed restaurant in the Caesars Hotel. Before you get seated, look at how the noodles are handmade here. That is true art and very entertaining! They have some very authentic Chinese food on the menu, delicious! friendly staff, highly recommend!

Fantastic! You can get authentic Chinese in the most unexpected place. I ate here 3 times in 3 days, definitely recommend. Don’t be scared off by the one star reviews, this place holds up. I can safely recommend to anyone who likes spice the Dan Dan Noodles and Beef Offal. I also enjoyed the Singapore Noodles and Duck Fried Rice. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending items.

Food is fine and prices are on par with what you'd expect for Ceasar's. I had to knock off a couple of stars because of the hostess. She was beyond unacceptable. There were about six people waiting in line for a table and she spent no less than 8-10 minutes talking with the lady at the head of the line about the menu not even acknowledging everyone else. These were questions that could have easily been answered by a server (of which there were plenty) and not the hostess (of which there was only one).

This restaurant completely exceeded our expectations! Definitely some of my favorite Chinese food I've had outside of China. We tried several of their dishes, which originate from all across China, and they did each one so authentically. The flavors and spices were delicious. If you eat here, order multiple things and share them; you are not meant to simply eat one dish as your entire meal. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and clearly the decor is unique! If you are willing to try some authentic Chinese food (not altered to fit American tastes), come here during your trip to Las Vegas.

Went to this resto after seeing its chef of Ugly Delicious. It was delicious! I had the spicy dumplings and the spicy noodles. They reduced the spicy because we looked like we couldn’t handle it, but they gave us more on request! A rare authentic Chinese shop on the strip, I would totally come here again! And the decor is strange, but delightfully so.

We had an excellent experience and meal at the Beijing Noodle No. 9. We were looking for something reasonably priced but equally delicious and we truly found it here. We started off with their spring rolls and pan fried pork and cabbage dumplings. Neither disappointed...both rich in flavor. Next up we ordered Chicken chow mien...now this reminded me more of a Lo Mien that I recieved when i order take out but its OK....I didn't mind..it too was delicious. We also ordered the Scallops and Asparagas...again...fantastic! I did add salt since we were told that no msg is used in their food. Awesome!! All Natural...I would definitely recommend this restaurant when visiting Caesars Palace.

I was here with my brother and sister 4/14/18 for lunch. Terrible service! The waitress was so rude. We had not finished and just started eating and she grabbed our two dimsum dishes and looked underneath to see if we had finished, sticking her hand in our food. Throughout the meal she kept hovering and grabbing things quickly from our table. Without us leaving they were replacing the hot sauce dish. I was sitting still and looking inside my wallet for cash to leave a tip before signing the bill deciding to leave a tip on card or cash when the waitress rudely told me "Sign the bill." Wow!! There were no people waiting and plenty of tables open but they were rushing us out. I like the food despite being overpriced but I am not coming back at this place.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for authentic Chinese food( not American Chinese food), this place is for you. There was a bit of a wait, but totally worth it. I got the marinated jellyfish, soup dumplings, honey walnut prawns, and sea bass and tofu clay pot. They were all very good. I highly recommend this place

Not worth the wait! 1. The dining room reeks of cigarette smoke from the casino. 2. The service SUCKS! 3. It's expensive, but probably no worse than the rest of Vegas. 4. If you order anything other than the hand tossed noodles or dumplings, you're going to regret the decision. We had a number of dishes, and everyone agreed, stick to the hand tossed items. 5. The decor is clean, modern and reeking of smoke. I can't say that enough. 6. THERE ARE NO GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS. NONE!

One of the worst Chinese restaurants I've ever experienced in more than 30 years from coast to coast. Their cheapie furnishing, low- end tableware, poor service, and lousy food present nothing but a shabby diner in the back-alley corner of a run-down Chinatown, which should not be juxtaposed to other elegant restaurants within Caesar's Palace. Their food is not only poor but well overpriced. I paid almost $500 for two persons with orders including two of their most expensive items --- Kobe eef and lobsters. As a Chinese and an epicure, I have to admit that I am a 100% sucker to spend big dollars for things worth less than $50 in total.

Great Chinese food. Loved the steamed Shrimp Dumplings and the Spring Vegetable Rolls. Had to wait to be seated but they will text you when your table is ready. If you like Chinese this is a must stop. GIDDY UP!

Service is very bad and the food serviced very slow, after ordering, it took around 40mins to 1 hour to get it ready. Really not worth the time and money here. Bad experience.

The decor is what brought me in...I wish I had kept walking. Aside from the poor service, the food was greasy and tasteless (not to mention, about as authentic as Panda Express). And what kind of restaurant charges extra for RICE?? Just terrible. I feel queasy just thinking about the shrimp dumplings.
