Great service every time! Sometimes the items on the menu may be different because there might be a new chef. But the food is still great none the less. The servers are always friendly, funny but still professional. I always stop at Serendipity 3, when I visit Vegas.

I know this is a famous chain, but $6 for a cup of brewed coffee? And then they overcharged me for my croissant. (They did correct the mistake.) The frozen hot chocolate was tasty, but I think you could get a frappuchino for less money and more quantity. Service was good and friendly, but they were busy and we had to wait a bit. Also, the patio was quite sunny and hot.

Convenient location if you are staying at Caesars Palace. It is a strange mixture of a 50's themed soda fountain, bar, and somewhat gourmet food. They have a large variety of food and the portions are large enough to share between two people. Now to the service... The service could be better. We were waited on immediately as we entered the restaurant but that was as good as it got. The waiter we had did not give us much attention and it took flagging down another waiter to receive refills. The food is great yet the service is the reason why I am giving this place 3 stars.

Serendipity 3

With so many places around to decide on going to eat, Serendipity 3 sets itself apart with its ambiance, decor, and frozen hot chocolates! The place is colorful, open-formatted, and rather expensive. The serving portions however, whether it be food or drink, definitely match up. The food is mostly American cuisine with a twist. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, some pastas etc. The wait is long and the hostesses are usually overworked so it's not easy getting attentive service, but you've got Las Vegas Boulevard to entertain you while you wait. Leave them your number and sip on the Fat Tuesday's cup you paid for with all that rum in it while you wait. The frozen hot chocolate alone is reason enough to try this place out.

Serendipity 3

We had a terrible experience. After walking the strip all day, my husband and I planned to visit Serendipity 3 early afternoon for drinks and ice cream. We had read so many reviews raving about the frozen hot chocolate and sundaes. We went in around 4pm and were seated right away, as the place was dead. However, after 15 minutes of the other few tables receiving service, we asked where our waitress was. The girl we asked (a waitress) didnt say a word but her facial expression said it all. She had the most "sarcasatic/I dont care what you say to me" expression. And before my husband even finished talking to her she walked off and began conversing with the two hostesses! They were all having a good time at the hostess stand. So we stood up and walked out. To leave we had to walk right past the hostess stand to the door, and none of them spoke to us as we walked past but just watched us. We have never had such terrible or rude service! Thankfully there was a Serendipity 3 quick bites station on the back side of the restaurant, we were so tired we werent looking forward to another long walk to another restaurant.

Service was horrible. Went there with my wife to try their supposedly great desserts. The restaurant was probably at 40% capacity or less. We sat there for over 25 minutes with no interaction from the service staff. After almost 30 minutes we just got up and left. What a waste of time.

Ok Ok it is pricy. However it is right on the strip, no hiking through a giant property. Portions are huge so pretty much everything is very sharable. As with most places wait time is minimal during week. Want dessert for lunch :) This is your spot.

Great deserts. We had gone to another desert place and paid $20 for two shakes that were not worth the $$; so I had my doubts coming to Serendipity 3. I am happy to say it was worth it. Serendipity has great food and even better deserts. The food is a little pricey but what place on The Vegas strip isn't. Loved it.

Do not eat here unless you like being charged $227.71 for a meal that should have cost $91 and was not even worth that. Clearly they do not understand the definition of serendipity. Honestly it has been more like a series of unfortunate events since we walked into the place. the Waiters were not attentive, the food was average and over priced, the people in the restaurant were arguing and yelling at each other and the waiters just watched and they apparently have a bad habit of over charging. Let me be clear, the total was $75.71 with a $15.29 tip, which is a very good tip for the service. Unless my math is wrong that adds up to $91.00. A couple days later the charge came through as $136.71 on our card. So I called them with no answer and had to wait a day to hear back. Though the lady i talked to was nice and said it would be taken care of, that sometimes these situations take 24 hours to resolve on a card, they ended up charging us an additional $91 for a total of $227.71. It has been well over 24 hours and nothing has dropped off or been refunded. the food was average but not worth $91, let alone worth over double that. It does not help when you call and you are told they deal with this type of thing all the time. There are plenty of restaurants in Las Vegas with honest people working there I am sure but sadly this is not one of them. if you do decide it is worth the risk, which it is not, I would be keeping a close eye on my bank statements.
