Great dining experience with open kitchen concept. The names of the dishes was kind of a struggle to get through while ordering. Everything came out to perfection and the creativity they put in the food is far superb. Definitely a place for new styles of food

My GF and I had the honour to have dinner at Jaleo in June during Coolinary Week. I believe we had a 4 or 5 course dinner. Whichever it was the meal was unbelievable. SO delicious. And the preparation and display of the food is sensually done. We visited a couple of different venues around Las Vegas this week, but we enjoyed the best cuisine at Jaleo and the restaurant's atmosphere. Andre has taken his love of food to another dimension. He is truly an artist.

Good food. Varied selection but not a lot without pork. Served the chicken croquettes in a sneaker (different but weird). Nice ambiance.

Essentially a tapas bar in the Cosmopolitan, we stopped here before heading into the Marquee. Certainly a quality over quantity location. While flavorful, your left wanting a bit more, especially for the price. The food is a modern, if not American spin on Spanish cuisine. Service was fantastic and they were quick to seat us, which was surprising considering how busy the casino’s restaurants were late on a Saturday. A pleasant experience, and worth trying.

Tapas isn't my type of thing. However. The food quality was excellent. Our server was absolutely spot on. Explaining everything, modifying things to suit needs, very happy and cheerful. 100% brilliance on the service front.

Very cool place to eat. They are cooking right in the middle of the restaurant... kind of neat to watch, and not loud or disruptive. The tasting menu we tried was great and the service was outstanding.

Was lucky enough to catch this place during restaurant week. We got the chef's tasting menu to be shared between my girlfriend and I for a date night. Wow, everything was just fantastic! My favorites definitely had to be the bread with tomato spread, and the shrimp and crab dumpling. The only sour endnotes was the gin and tonic dessert which was nearly inedible, such that we were fortunate enough to have it replaced with a flan dessert which was so much more satisfying. Great service, attention to detail to the food! Wouldn't hesitate to visit this place again, likely on the next restaurant week!

The Spanish tapas were great! Can't wait to try the open hearth cooked paella! Not an extensive beer/wine selection, but that not what you come here for.

FANTASTIC, if a bit weird, place. The swordfish is BEYOND stellar. I could live on that for an extended period of time...easy. Recommended!!

Delicious food as always. Started out with thinly sliced fried eggplant with local honey drizzled on top. I will be attempting to duplicate this at home when we harvest eggplant out of the garden. Ordered the sausage and short rib paella. It was plenty for two. Sangria was very flavorful. Reasonably priced for a nice sitdown meal (not buffet) in Vegas.

So good, we dined here twice in the same week. Try the smoked margarita and anything on the menu. You can't go wrong. Great for large parties or business dinners with long time colleagues or clients that you are very close to. Very pricey, but totally worth the experience.

Best fine dining experience in Las Vegas. Attentive staff, creative and inspired menu. Excellent wines by the glass. Get the serrano taco with caviar and gold flake, the pork steak, the chicken paella, and the frozen gin tonic for dessert.

WOW! This was not just dinner... It was an event! My family was skeptical at first about this Tapas concept but were soon convinced with amazement. The selection was astounding and the the food was fabulous! This is a great place to do something different in Las Vegas. It is definitely a great place to go with a party of 5 (a tapas portion is 5 everyone will get a bite) Try a bunch of different types... The Gin and Tonic was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a very memorable evening!

Travis gave us the best service. Nice atmosphere. I had the tasting menu and my partner had the steak. Steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned excellent. My tasting menu had some weird stuff on it so be prepared. The paella was rabbit and chicken and it was fabulous. Definitely an experience to be had.

A bit noisy but it gets quieter as the night wears on. Tapas dishes are excellent but a bit too heavy towards the seafood side for my taste. Wine choice for reasonably priced bottles (90-100) was good too.

Worst restaurant we tried in Vegas. Extremely expensive, food is terrible quality and pumped as refined Spanish imports. They managed to screw up even a tortilla. Pan y tomate (tasteless) is like 10 bucks for 2 slices. Wine is as well above and beyond expensive (for the quality at least). Would not be back for anything in the world.
