So very disappointed that Sam Boyd has decided to close this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect, Prime Rib was Fabulous, and overall great dining experience. WHY? I think they are attempting to shift the business back to Sam's Town ...... but this customer likes the Cannery. Not Happy with Sam Boyd but LOVE THE CARVE, all staff and Casino.

One of the few restaurant still in Las Vegas that takes reservations the food is amazing in the service is impeccable

Best place to eat in town great service Blu-ray Trish's great waiters great food great Cooks all around good vanilla strip casinos in this one stands out for this steak is just Tasty Pasty and incredible you need to come try it one day there's nothing better in this town unless you go to Eldorado casino and then you never know baby

Excellent atmosphere and very elegant under appreciated restraunt . It was an excellent dinner experience they truly earn the five stars from me. I would like to say thank you to my friends Scott and Val for the evening out and to the staff for the excellent night out with my wife. Thank you Jeffrey Sullivan

First off I made Reservations 3 weeks in advance for Valentines to avoid waiting long waits and making Valentines day a hassle. My partner and I arrive on time (6:30PM) we get seated right away which was great but no one even bothered to asked if we would like water for 10 mins . A lady that wasn't even our waiter came and brought us bread and water, 20 mins later the waiter finally comes to our table to take our order and I tell him I would like the Valentines Day special which was the reason I choose to dine here verse another restaurant and he says he sold out 30 mins ago... I was so mad I asked to speak to a manager. (hoping the manager would give us another item on the menu for the same price or do something to make up for this screw up) The manager (chef) Said Sorry I didn't order enough food and didn't even try to help so we left . I was so upset I left crying I felt horrible to left my partner down for Valentine's Day. I would not recommend a place that can care less about their customers and I will not be back. This was my first and last time here.

The best food and prices on this side of town! The short ribs and rib eye steaks are my favorite! Been coming here for years!

Very delicious at very reasonable prices. As a local I like coming here to avoid the strip. Nice atmosphere and nice looking restaurant.
