It's a fun place to gamble, there's a lot of new slot machines to play. We've actually won substantial amounts here. We like to play new games that have bonus levels and free plays.

I feel bad for customer Johnny. He was screwed over by that Angel bartender. Why would the bartender be so Stingy with a beer that costs less than a buck and the guy spent 40 bucks. I'm sure he spent more than that in the entire casino. What a jerk Sounds prejudice to me. Maybe Angel needs a different job. Like working at a supermarket in the freezer section in the back because he sounds that cold. Hope others don't have bad experiences like this or just bad at all. Time to ship him out. Great place to stay for a few nights and gamble! A few places to eat their inside their casino which are all good and have good food. I always stay at Edgewater when i go to laughlin which is only 15 min away from where i live..its a great place for locals in AZ to have fun and feel like they had a great little vacation. The gift shop has great items plus the staff is very friendly. I left my phone on a slot machine and a few hours later i realized i lost it so i calked security and sure enough they had it waiting for my call. Its just a great fun place to be at. Also love the water taxi!!

Will never stay here again! Don't ever leave your hotel in the 6am morning, and think that your room will still be there for you when you get back at 9:00am in the morning. Checkout time is not until 11. Also after requesting late checkout. When I called to see why I couldn't get in to my room the employee Janet started screaming at me on the phone & refused to let me speak to a manager. She said we should have left something in the hotel room! If the room is empty housekeeping will automatically check us out! **Had plans to stay for the week** Hope they do something to make this review better. As of right now I won't ever go back even to eat or gamble.

Not too bad of a hotel/ casino.. if u plan to spend most of your time at the river or other activities then this is a perfect place to get a cheap room .. the hotel is great but I thought the food and casino was under par... for the price of the room the Edgewater is still a great place to stay especially on a budget!!

Awesome place to visit! Gambling is fun and the bartenders are so friendly! Only thing I didn't like was that the rooms only had showers so baths are out of the question. But all in all it's well worth the visit and walking outside and seeing the raccoons and watching the fish swim in the river, the views are amazing! ❤💚💙

Made reservations at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to get such a great rate. I was really surprised how clean the room was. I work as a custodian, and am exceptionally picky. I could not find anything wrong. Great job!!

Edgewater has great customer service. On top of that they give complimentary coffee couches for the Dunkin donuts located inside. Their rooms/pool/gym are kept tidy and clean. The house keeping staff is also amazing and couldn't say a bad thing about them! Overall wonderful experiences and definitely recommend!

Great experience the room was a standard room with a wonderful river view. The room was clean no issues fairly updated. Service was wonderful, from check-in to check out. The pool was ok but if you have kids there are better options. Great selection of food and bars but the buffet was ok at best and Coco's down stairs was dirty and just not somewhere I would go again. Other than that overall had a great time would stay at Edgewater again.

We had an amazing stay! thanks to the front desk young lady who help us get a very nice room on Sunday night, I don’t remember her name but she was very friendly and answered all our questions. Also the housekeeping did a great job too! I’m definitely coming back!

Torie (from Michigan) at the front desk is a rock star! She made our very crappy day (we had been in a car accident earlier that morning) much much much better. She helped us to change our reservation dates, rearranged our assigned rooms to something more convenient for us, and gave us a riverside room with an amazing view. We are grateful to her for her patience and willingness to work out a desirable situation for us. Valerie (?) Was also super helpful, friendly, and upbeat. After that, our rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our rooms on the 10th floor were non-smoking and did not have any smell of smoke. The linens were a little well loved, but we did not mind. I will stay here again some day. Great experience all around!

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Lots of elevators, and they respond quickly. Usually less than one minute. Lots of slots, and their payouts are better than average. The Grand Buffet has lots of selections, and the food was very good. I would come back again.
