Today was our first experience dining at Carmine’s, but if at all possible, it will NOT be our last! The food was amazing! Rich, subtle, lovely flavors! Great bread selection! The cheesy bread appetizer is something dreams are made of! Our waitress, Shawna, was delightful and extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She is The Who suggested the appetizer and we were delighted! Please expand! Maybe Tulsa or Kansas City ...

I came here with a group of 13 other co-workers and had an amazing time. Elena was our server and I simply cannot say enough good things about her! She was kind and courteous through out. She offered wonderful suggestions on appetizers, main courses and wine selections. She always made sure all of our needs were taken care of and that all 14 of us were enjoying ourselves. The food and atmosphere were incredible. Will absolutely come back next time I'm in Vegas.

My mom, two aunts, and I went to Carmine’s on Monday while in Vegas. Robert G and Matt were our waiters, they were fantastic and provided us with such a great experience. The food was amazing and having wonderful service made it even that much better. We will definitely be returning next time in Vegas! FYI, the four of us split one salad and one pasta dish and two more people could have definitely still eaten from the same meal!

My family and I had such a wonderful evening here! The portions are huge we only ordered one pasta and the veal and it was more than enough. The flavors were impeccable and authentic Italian atmosphere. The service was outstanding, we made great friends with our waiter David S and he had great insight on what we should order. He was very friendly and we greatly enjoyed the conversation we had with him. Carmine's is worth the wait!

We were first timers to the Vegas site & loved it! We knew (& were told while there) how big the dishes are but still had NO idea until we received our order HOW MUCH FOOD it would be. My husband & I ordered 1 plate & 1 hot antipasto and couldn't even finish it as leftovers. The food was phenomenal!!! I recommend the hot antipasto as a main dish. It has so much to offer!!!

We decided to visit Carmine's based on the numerous good reviews and we were not disappointed! The food was superb and our server, Jennie B., was helpful and attentive throughout the meal. She recommended the Chicken Marsala, which was delicious, and an outstanding wine to go with it. As mentioned in other reviews, the portions are quite substantial, so you certainly won't go away hungry. I would highly recommend this location and will come back at the next opportunity.

I had the portabello parmigiana sandwich, no bun, and it was delicious. I sat at the bar. The service was attentive without being overwhelming. Very nice old world Italian pub feel. Food portions looked enormous. Great to share!

If you are looking for the best meatballs you gotta stop in Carmines. Simply da bomb!! Plus the angel hair was good also. Served family style. This is not cheap italian. You will eat well I promise you.

Amazing food.. quick service, friendly staff, and overall, a pleasant experience. Huge portions.. too bad we had to leave some food... I will definitely be visiting Carmines... Thank you for a really good experience.

I just had my wedding reception for 95 people at Carmine's Las Vegas in their Ritrivo Dining room and have to write a review to let everyone (and hopefully their management) know how amazing this restaurant and staff are! Vegas hotels and venues can be quite difficult to deal with and Carmine's could not have been easier to work with! Cassy B. was incredible, the most organized and efficient person in events I have ever worked with from the moment I sent my first email inquiry a year ago. She was incredibly sweet, and really made the wedding planning experience enjoyable! Cassy and Carmine's were extremely accommodating to all our special requests and were genuinely kind and flexible from the moment this process started to the moment it finished. Not to mention the dining room was beautiful, the food was incredible, portions were super large (no guest left hungry that's for sure!), drinks were great, and overall it was just a wonderful venue to host a wedding reception. Special thanks to Julio for all the help in the days before the wedding w/loading docks, making space for us to make gift bags etc. and to Carmine K the manager who was keeping a watchful eye the entire night to make sure it went off without a hitch!

The food was great, immense, but great! Our server, Cassy, was great. She was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We would request her every time we eat there.

So so good. I mean just a treat. Little expensive so be aware but they are large portions. Took the rest home and had leftovers for lunch. Dessert was amazing. Wish we had one where we lived!

The food was amazing and our waiter was fantastic! Everyone in the place was smiling and laughing. They give you a lot of food, so be prepared to share! It's family sized and one dish serves four people (everyone gets an empty plate and takes from the main dish). My date had four plate-fulls off the dish and I had two, and there was still half a dish left! Also! They have a dedicated vegetarian menu, so you don't have to pick out meat-free dishes from the larger menu if you're a vegetarian! My drink and the bread basket were never empty. Our waiter was great and attentive. And two of us got out of there under $40 all together. You'll love this place! Try it!!!!!

Have gone multiple times now. Portions are huge, for more than 1 person, so share everything. We cannot get enough, food is always amazing. Appetizer, main, and dessert. All courses were delicious. Enjoy!

Not impressed. If you judge a restaurant by the volume of food you get, this would be six stars. Personally, I prefer quality over quantity and I wasn't impressed with the quality of most of the dishes delivered to our table or the selection of bold Italian red wines by the glass. I would have given it a lower rating, but somebody on the table ordered a chicken only (no pasta) plate that was amazing. It was one of the best seasoned and cooked chickens I've ever had. All of us on the table felt the same way about the chicken plate. If I came back, I'd only order that.

Been there many times and always loved it. Went there on 2/28/2016 and had the four pasta special. Poor service and the food was brought to the table cold. Not even warm. So disappointed in the evening.

This place is amazing. We were served in the traditional Italian style of family eating and shared large dishes among all of us on the table. Everything from the appetizers like roasted peppers and mozzarella and the Carmine salad to the broiled porterhouse steak was amazing. The staff was incredible. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Defiantly one of my top 5 restaurants ever.

Not sure why this place has such good rating. Decent pasta, unnecessary big plates, plastic/non fresh mozzarella and way overpriced! Although good interior design.
