I had a great time enjoying the breeze as I sipped my Margarita last week. This place has great margaritas and excellent serving staff. This chips and dip are a little bit pricey but they were fresh and good and price is somewhat expect on the strip. The patio outside has quirky decor and unique parstools that would make a fun selfie. The monster nachos piled high looked enticing. There are misting all around the patio so go here to cool off and relax your feet.

Came here on a friend's recommendation. For was bland, flavorless, and barely warm at best. Portions and prices were not proportional. Wait staff was essentially non-existent in a bad way. Stay away it's not worth the time.

Carlos'n Charlie's is located inside the Flamingo Casino. I thought it would be a nice place to take care of some Mexican food cravings, and I was..... almost right. The food served here was average. Not too flavorful, but the food took around 15-20 minutes to come out and we didn't even order much. The drinks were pretty decent. I like the margaritas. The service was quite slow. It wasn't even busy and it was hard to flag down a server for the check and had to flag them down to get some refills. It was a little dark inside the restaurant. They were handing out Happy Hour deals and BOGO deals to try and entice people to come into the restaurant. Not bad, you are getting a discount... but I'm not so sure if I would come here again.

Located inside the Flamingo Casino. Tried this place out because I was craving Mexican food! I love the guacamole table side presentation. It's really cool! Other than that, I can't say there's much else that amazes me about this restaurant. The staff is extremely kind. The food is decent. The drinks were pretty good. I would actually rather come here to drink because they have pretty good options!

I thought the food was really good. I ordered the mixed fajitas. I thought mixed would have included shrimp but it didnt which was disappointing. It had chicken and steak. It was good and filling. I got filled after two fajitas. I wish they offered more rice with it but instead you get a small bowl and a tub of refried beans. The chips and queso are definitely a hit. The chips are salty but not too bad but the queso is some of the smoothest, tastiest queso I've had. Service was fine. The dj was amazing, even my wife complimented him before we left.

This is a awesome Mexican restaurant that is located in the Flamingo They have a lot to offer here. Indoor and out door seating.

I went to Vegas with my daughter's volleyball team and had to plan a dinner for 30. Carlos'n Charlies was fantastic! We had our own private outdoor patio. Carlos, our waiter, was phenomenal. The manager (I can't remember his name, but he said to just call him the Russian guy) took great care of us! We had the large flasks of margaritas and beer for the adults and the kids had balloon animals and music and dancing. Adults and kids both had a fantastic time. I would strongly suggest any group plan a dinner here while in town.

This is a good place to go if you want to simply have fun and party. It’s an anything goes Mexican restaurant. Located inside the flamingo casino. They have a great deal of 4 hours of open bar where you get a selection of frozen margaritas, Busch light, and you also get an entree of choice. Great times here.

The food was fantastic! The staff was awesome, but your bar manager, Gordo was AMAZING! And the patio has a beautiful scenery! Also, the Saturday night club is always fun! Been there several times and I LOVE it! Be it daytime or night time, this is the place to be!

I was in a hurry between shows. I got great service from Payton. He made great suggestions and made sure I got great food service and out. Quick enough to meet my plans. Only negative was the price. Great customer service.
