I just ordered the curry seafood and pineapple fried rice. It was amazing!! The portion was very large and it tasted perfect. Not that spicy at all and actually had plenty of shrimp in the dish; not like other restaurants that only put a few pieces of shrimp. This place gave you your moneys worth on this dish. Thank you!

The food was good but the service needs work... we got there and it was empty but still had to wait... there was 8 people in our party and i had mentioned to the hosts that it was my mom's birthday... i didn't mention that so we could get anything for free but at least decent service... the host acknowledged that she heard me but nothing... we had to keep asking for water... after our order was taken the only time we saw some one was when they brought out our food... we had to go hunt for our check they took forever and we had to get our own takeout containers... being in a Las Vegas hotel and casino you should have at least decent service... plus the servers wasn't nice or friendly at all... by the way someone recommend this place... sad...

I recommend this place if you are craving dim sum. Food is always good. Some of the best dim sum in Vegas. Just be ready to wait in line because they are always busy. And make sure you stop the cart when it comes by or it will be awhile before they return.

The new place is even better. Dim sum is good. The food is good. The service is great. The new restaurant is clean and not in the smoky area of the casino. I have eaten here many times, but for some reason never reviewed it. Sure, there are a few better places in town, but this is a top 10 place for quick, good Chinese food at a reasonable price.

It was not the best dim sum I have had but it is the best dim sum I have had in Las Vegas. Lots of dim sum variety to choose from. Smaller pieces of dim sum. Pricey for the experience. Plenty of staff to take care of any requests such as more water, more tea or more chili oil. The chili oil had a nice kick to it. Tea was readily brewed.

If you are ready and expecting less than cordial service, most of the servers there, but great food, then this is the place to go. Starting with the hostess, who might be abrupt with you and give you the "cold" stare, if you are lucky to get any eye contact at all. Food servers might not speak english too well and are usually busy so better have a good idea of what you want. Generally, even if you speak their language, they seem cold, so its equal opportunity. The food offerings have all been really good so we go once or twice when we visit Las Vegas. Try the dim sum service during the mid day. Service speed is usually fast.

Good quality particularly all the DimSums are made in the kitchen, not like some shipped as frozen products and the kitchen just reheat them. Ambiance good, restaurant clean. Price reasonable.

This place used to be my favorite stop when I'd visit family in Las Vegas. When I finally moved back I was disappointed to see that their quality of service had dropped a bit since their remodel. I feel like they expand the number of tables without adding help. The servers never slow down, never stand idle, but ordering food took us 15 minutes of waiting... There was no line to get in and the place wasn't full. Twice I've had this issue since the remodel. Maybe I got unlucky and came both times with a waiter called out; however, I've heard from family they experience the same degraded service attention and extended wait times. Expect to wait 45-60 minutes to get your food. It's still friendly and good food, just a bit slow for the cuisine and location expectations.

Dim sum food itself is good. But the service was horrible. It really was. Hostess sat us down at our table and never came back, 8-10 minutes passed with no one to take our orders for drinks or anything. Anytime we had to get a waiter they would just get the stuff, put it on the table and then leave quickly before we could ask for something else... all we really ate was shu mai.... because that’s all they had. It was our first Las Vegas dim sum experience and NEVER AGAIN. We’re from Chinatown in another city and their bad service wasn’t even close to this bad.

Authentic Chinese cuisine that looks, smells and taste like eating at downtown LA chinatown restaurant. We never miss eating at this place on our every Vegas trip. Pan fried shrimp dumpling with chives is loaded with umami flavor and perfectly crunchy on the outside tender inside. It raises the bar on chinese food. Overall the THE BEST EVER.

This is an authentic (as it can be) Chinese eatery, where waitstaff come around with dingy looking heated rolling carts with food in them. Excellent service. The food did not live up to the hype. Very heavy handed with the curry which turned our dish into an inedible mess.

We were recommended this place by a nice Chinese couple from Canada. They said it was the "best Chinese food in Vegas". They were not wrong. It was delicious. They have the best pot stickers I've ever had. The San Pan prawns were cooked perfectly and had the right amount of garlic...which is a lot. Can't wait to go back and try more!

It was Jamazing. The service was quick and the food was top quality. Perfectly seasoned dishes were being served. Although the price was a little high, the food quality was definitely worth it. Give it a try and order a lot.

Ping Pang Pong is basically world renowned as many of it's patrons are guests visiting from all over the world even if they don't stay at the Gold Coast as well as a very popular venue for locals. Their delicious food is authentic Chinese served Dim Sum style or to order from the menu. My wife and I have been going for years and have just visited their newly renovated location inside the Gold Coast Casino/ Hotel.

Waiting time to long. First time we went there last year. My husband had a piece of pork chop, felt something sharp. Went in between his teeth. Tried to removed it, he was shock, look like a fine stainless wire. I called the supervisor, upon showing it to her, she grabbed it right a way. She said may be from the steel brush that they use to clean cooking pan.

Delicious, authentic Chinese dishes served promptly. Family sized portions with just the right amount of spices. Top clue - most of the diners are Chinese speaking Chinese dialects. There are coupons available for ten percent off your entire meal after 5:00 p.m. Score! Lunch is very busy with fast moving lines. Still busy at midnight until 3:00 a.m. If you like the real deal, you'll LOVE this classy Chinese restaurant!

Their dim sum was alright, not the best I've had. Rice congee (porridge) was very good. The deserts are not that good.

Chinese food in a casino that is open till 3am what more can you ask for ? Came here to eat around almost midnight and was able to get seated quick. It must be a go to spot since it got busy as we were seated. The food is not bad at all for being late night , and they also serve a few dim sum items. We ordered the salt and pepper porkchop, wonton soup, Mongolian beef and an order of har gaw . Service was a hit or miss, but just like any Chinese restaurants it's more like a norm . Would like to come back and try more of their dim sum and other dishes they have to offer.

Definitely come here for the dim sum and come early. As there can be quite a wait. Service wasn't spot on as it took a bit of time to get seated even when at this early time not all the tables were filled. Also took some time to get the attention of the service staff to get orders in. In the end the standout here is the dim sum. A large variety of various dim sum platters. Some you'll only find as specialty items in Asia and not found in the states. Large portions as well for a dimsum plate so you get value for your buck. Nicely flavored shrimp dumplings and chinese meatballs. They had a great tofu dessert. Served hot in a bowl with sugar syrup. Delicious shrimp and beef churn fun. Freshly baked egg tarts that were still hot and flakey. Their beef chow fun was also very good with lots of ingredients and can serve a large group. If in Vegas and hankering for some dim sum i would definitely come here. Would be 4 stars on food alone if not for the service.
