Great burgers, clean restaurant friendly staff. They make the ketchup bowl artwork! Sadly the no longer have sweet potatoe fries😢

This was the first time at my wife and I went to Johnny Rockets we were joined with a couple of friends. It is an interesting place and the staff is friendly. We ordered hamburgers and they were very tasty. I am very particular about the french fries and their french fries were good. The waiter was excellent and came back three times to see if we needed anything else. They were quite a few people in the restaurant as it was late and a few places had closed down. It had a nice cheerful atmosphere.

Super friendly staff and varied menu. Our waiter let us in on some unlisted, off the menu options that really kicked our burgers up a notch. It's a great spot if you're spending time at the casino and need a break from the cacophony of the floor. Seek out this spot out downstairs and enjoy a little peaceful burger time indulgence.

This was one of many restaurants inside the GSR (Grand Sierra Resort). My husband and I missed dinner, so we opted to share some fries and onion rings here before it got too late. Even though it was after 8pm, this place was packed. The only thing we didn't see was a Johnny Rocket's performance. The food was good and our server was friendly. * Sorry no photos *

Fantastic service. Employees were dressing up to fit the theme of the current convention. Drawing animals in ketchup for the fries etc Very friendly and welcoming with quick service given the crazy volume they had to handle with the convention.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Very quick and fresh! The tables are a little small, but that’s a very minor criticism. Their fries are so delicious! Their shakes are wonderful! Definitely check them out!

Really good burgers! I had the smokehouse burger it was delicious. Cooked and seasoned well. The bun was fresh and soft. Our server was very fast and friendly. The restaurant was pretty clean. The condiments and Windows needed some tlc. Good food, service and we were in and out quickly.

My son & I just ate at Johnny Rockets at the GSR in Reno & Lyndel was or server. She never missed a beat! She had a table of 6 & a table of 10, I think. She made sure our drinks were topped off! Our smiley faces were adorable! Her personality just shines! Thank you! See you next time!

This is the best Johnny rockets I have ever been to!!! It far outshines my local Johnny rockets! Our server Keith is an asset to this establishment!! It's clean, the food is hot and fresh, and the service is unbeatable!!?

I attend an annual convention at this hotel and this Johnny Rockets location is much loved and appreciated by the convention attendees~ Has fun staff, music, it's open a bit later and offers tasty American food options for an affordable price. I always visit for a dinner when I'm in town~

Great burgers, loved the service outstanding place to visit. It is a reasonable price for the quality and the service you get, every penny is worth to spend here. Recommend to try the 66 route burger and the bacon-cheese fries.

Extremely attentive staff. Very nice 1950 decorated decor. Pleasant 1950-60 music lightly playing in the background. Moderately priced and a few items have all you can eat fries. Free refills on your sodas. The food was great and very filling.
