Poor customer service. If you don't like your job get a new one. Ordered 2 beverages and two breakfast items. The manager is the one that brought me my breakfast items. He threw them on pick up station, said here's your sandwiches and walked away. I responded with your welcome to the back of his head then he said have a nice day but not by turning around and acknowledging me.

This Starbucks is slow! In addition they must have high royalties for being within the hotel. By far the most expensive starbucks I've ever visited. If you're like me and you need your starbucks fix go to the one farther south on the lake!

Free restroom :) don't expect coffee there unless you have day to spare. Line length gives you amazing opportunity to study infinity
