Benihana is one of my favorite Restaurant in USA at the West Coast. There is always a waiting line in each and every branch which means that this place is amazing. Every time i go i enjoy the show, the service and the food. Hibachi Shrimps are my favorite. It is a must place and you should try it. Highly recommend

I was invited to celebrate our friend's birthday! We had a great time over food, drinks, and laughter. Thank you for making this a memorable night! The food was delicious also. We always ask for extra garlic butter! Last was dessert. We had green tea ice cream and it was delicious!

Food is always great and this location specifically is beautiful but it's not what it one was. A few years ago you for fried rice and now it's just the steamed rice unless you want to pay extra for it. The birthday reward; sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. I'm tired of reaching out to them to get it but it's always an issue. Even though I've seen the tricks numerous times before, I still get excited when I see it. If you like seafood, get the Surfside. Calamari, shrimp and scallops are great

Had a great time here for my birthday! the waiters really went above and beyond to put on a show. Food was good as well. I highly recommend and would love to go again.

This was the 1st time my hubby and I went to Benihana. Loved the experience. The staff were very personable and the food was great! We will definitely be back.

The chef was really funny and put on a great show. The waitress made sure to check for food allergies, and kept our drinks refilled. The hibachi and sushi were both really good, with large enough portions to share. Best food we tried while in Las Vegas!

We stopped here for our anniversary because we have been to other Benihana’s and we love it. This place is crazy they want to up sale everything. $8 for the fried rice and $3 for sauces and dessert wasn’t encluded, usually is at other Benihana,s. The waitress was super rude. Definitely not coming back here.

Very disappointed - For the amount of money one pays for a meal, $8.00 more for fried rice, per person is crazy. If, you don’t get fried rice, you get just plain dry rice (yuck). Our chief was ok but could of been A LOT better.

Absolutley amazing. The food is great as was the service, and the cooking show as always. But it is the design of the restaurant that steals the show. A recreation of a small Japanese village complete with waterfall and creek that will remind you of something out of Disneyland.

I was not expecting that when I went there. This sentence resumes my entire culinary experience at the benihana restaurant. I thought that was going to be like any other topical Japanese restaurant but the ambiance, the decorations & the food were all astonishing. Plus the chef had some skills up his sleeves. I truly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner here with the kids on Sunday everything was fantastic the food was amazing thanks for a great experience!

Overall terrible experience. They charge $8 extra for a bowl of fried rice and you are not allowed to substitute anything. Chicken had no taste other than mushroom, steak was also very bland. Soda was hot. Not impressed at all. $97 for two meals that we didn’t even eat.

It's an ok place, However I do think it needs a update/ remodel. And If you don't like seafood definitely do not go to this place. I feel like that's primarily what they offer. Like the appetizers and things like that period.

I had dinner with my wife at Benihana’s at Westgate on Saturday night, it was a very beautiful place, upon entering you completely forget you are at a resort! The atmosphere is great! We were attended swiftly and in great manner! Our server was good, took our order for drinks and brought them quickly, and they were tasty! My wife enjoyed that, when our cook showed up it was a nice show, although I’ve seen better at other Benihana’s. Food was good, above average, but to me you are paying more for the cooking show than anything else! Overall it is a great experience to have and a great date night. We enjoyed ourselves and overall it was an excellent dinner date!

Beautiful place! Good food, attention, quick service, nice show from the chef. Just I can't give you 5 stars because they served me a hanuca colada with a bunches of little pieces of glass or plastic things, that I can even distinguish what it was, the manager tried to make it like nothing, but still it was scary to me when I got those things in my mouth; I even had to go the restroom to wash my mouth! Hopefully with God's grace I'll be good!

Okay to be all honest, I love Benihana!! I have not only eaten at this location, but I've also been to the Salt Lake City and Anaheim locations and enjoy the food and service at each of them! But this one has to be the coolest one! It has a more exotic atmosphere compared to the others, and the food and service here is still just as good.

Not a Benihana franchise restaurant. Staff would not seat is when they had 75% open tables supposedly had a large group. AVOID!!!!!

Worst experience in my life. I had a hair in my food, the waitress took very long to come and check on us so I got stuck staring at the hairy food. I asked someone else to grab my waitress for me, she shows up to my table with a pissy attitude.. I told her I would like to speak to a manager and to keep the dish infront of me until the manager sees it. She tells me "There is no manager in today." & tells me she's going to leave my name and number for a manager to call me. Which I have.. It has been 2 weeks I haven't received a call, I called today to speak to a manager and now I'm told the manager is busy. This service is so poor and so disappointing for all benihanas. Im so disgusted I must mention I received a $30 gift certificate @ benihanas for my birthday & I don't think anyone can convince me to use this coupon. I don't think it is even worth my free time or free money at this point. If you want to have a real benihana experience this is not the location for this. Try NYC location.

The worst benihana's ever! Place is a joke! We thought this is a benihana's not a rikki tiki.Very overpriced for sushi and I also got food poisoning. Never coming back. The one on mirmar (FL) was 100 million times better than this.

Worst Benihanna in my life, no correct shrimp sauce and worst service in my life. Fire alarm went off since they can't cook!! The cook was an hour late and food was terrible. I don't know how this is the largest Benihanna in the US...
