Crapppp service asked for extra expresso my frapp, they proceeded to put it in my gfs drink and refused to remake mine , I made them remake my gfs because she couldn't drink it with that much expresso, ridiculous they acted like I was lying I ended not getting my fixed and just drinking it.

Porticia was amazing and enough to bring us back a second day. The next visit my friends and I were excited to Porticia again however being busy were waited on by other staff. I had a rude woman, who was unsure of the name I gave her (fair, since I have hearing loss I don't always enunciate very well) anyway she just wrote down a random name. We all ordered bacon croissants over priced and definitely had ham not bacon. I was willing to deal with over priced food with good service but after day 2, when my friends ate I chose to wait and spend my money elsewhere.

Fairly overpriced compared to a normal Starbucks. I paid (without tax)$4.50 for a grande (medium) coffee, $6 for a fresh bowl of fruit and $5 for a croissant. Other than that no issues.
