Hostess did not communicate well. Service there after exceptional. Food missed on a couple of points. Best to specify how you wish your fish cooked if not interested in well done. Management made up for kitchen short falls.

We had a Happy hour cocktail and it was very good. Watching the lady go up and down the 4 story wine cellar is entertaining.

Very fine dining, they do have a dress code so not a place for kids. Loved how the wine is picked from the three story wine cellar. Wait staff is excellent and the quail was amazing.

Aureole is absolutely stellar. My life partner and I dined there last night and were completely blown away. The decor is beautifully understated. The simplicity of the warm browns and tan with hints of gold offset the cream nicely. We dined outside on the patio right by the beautiful waterfall. The champagne we had was delicious, but the showstopper was the appetizers. The gourmet grilled cheese with brie cheese, walnuts, almonds, and honey were incredible and my favorite of the night, was the short rib ravioli. The entire staff was incredibly professional and sweet and their attention to detail is uncanny. Treat yourself to the experience that is Aureole. You won't regret it.

Had an amazing experience here tonight. The head chef came out and greeted us as well. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was phenomenal!!!

Absolutely amazing dinner. Had the braised short rib ravioli and the cod. Food was cooked perfect, portion sizes left you feeling full yet not overstuffed. Great drink selection. HIGHLY recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Entree’s are outrageously small considering the price. Even when compared to other fine dining restaurants.

Went there with a group of 6. I understand it gets busy but our server was nowhere to be found. He came to us once and asked what we wanted to drink and we had to ask for hi. To take our order. Didn't go out of his way to provide excellent service. We had to ask for him again to get more drinks and then when we had to pay. Very frustrating.

Alex Gregoire makes amazing food within this spectacular setting. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the whole environ makes the visit worthwhile. The Fillet mignon is amazing. Such flavors. It all makes the mouth shout in excitemen for more.

I organised a dinner for 77 people at Aureole. Tim and his team did an amazing job, the service was exemplary, they had one of their Wine Angels come in and do flying acrobatics for us and they delivered great food and drinks. Melanie from the Mandalay Bay events team and duty manager Tim looked after me and my team immaculately. Well done Aureole, great job! 😊

Good food here, but falls short of "fine dining excellence" For the price you would expect excellence! Dining here however was certainly a great overall experience. The wine wall was very interesting to see, and the $100 wine was fantastic!!!
