The Sunday brunch is spectacular. Take it with or without drinks inclusive for a great deal. The food is top of the line made to order small plates. The wait staff can describe each dish in detail and are so obviously proud of what they put in front of you, and rightly so. They make the meal an event. Highly, highly recommended. Addendum: We liked it so much we went back for dinner. Great fresh food, I especially recommend the steak.

Amazing food... great atmosphere... excellent service. We chose to do the tapas style dining as recommended by our waiter. It allowed us to try a little bit of everything off the menu in small plates unlimited. Highly recommended dining this way! Absolutely the best dining experience we had in Vegas!

Service was great and so was the brunch special. You get to try a lot of different dishes most of which were very good as were the different varieties of mimosas. I have also been back here for lunch and tried the Chile relleno burger and would highly recommend it as well.

Recently had a work event here that I've been planning with Destiny for the past few months. Her and the team where amazing to work with! Sarah, Justin x 2 and BJ where the best for our team. Had an amazing dinner on their patio overlooking the pool at Mandalay. Our server Autumn was so incredible! The food was fresh and awesome! It’s our new favorite Vegas restaurant.

This was a nice spot I stopped at for lunch and it has such a great vibe! The service was fantastic and very accommodating as well as friendly. We were able to make several special requests in order to meet dietary restrictions and they were made with our hesitation. There are also a wide range of vegan/gluten free options on the menu.

Great food, great drinks. Sunday brunch was amazing. The nachos were so good. Don't forget to opt for the bottomless mimosas, and ask for one in a to go cup before you cash out. Enjoy!

Great place for lunch. We stayed at Mandalay and came here to eat from the pool area. Food was good and they give you chips and salsa to snack on throughout your meal.

I have watched top chef and I honestly can’t believe this place was found by one. Just to level set I eat at Four in Colorado Spring by Brother Luck and it was unbelievable. Border Grill was by far the worst Mexican food I have had in years. We ordered enchiladas because their menu feels limited for a Mexican place. The poblano enchiladas were not good. They had a very chlorophyll taste. Not much flavor. The wait staff was awesome. Armed with real food this place could be great! But not right now.

Our server, Terra, made sure our meal was amazing! Great service and great food. We are locals and will definitely be making the trip to The Strip to eat here again. Edit: we dined for the second time at this location. Even better than the first time. Terra and crew made sure to take good care of our party. The pork cheeks were AMAZING!

TL;DR: If you're looking for a quality Mexican dining experience or an excellent margarita, I highly recommend Border Grill. A good restaurant is judged primarily on quality of food and quality of service (lack of either will ruin your dining experience), and the Border Grill at Mandalay Bay has both in spades. I ate here with a party of 6, and we ordered several different dinner entrees as well as some appetizers - get the guacamole and chips, it's incredible - and drinks, and the entire party was very impressed with how attentive the wait staff was. Our glasses were never empty, but we also weren't bothered by anyone hovering asking us six times if everything was okay. Our main server made excellent recommendations, and was very personable. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Special shout out to the manager, Daniel, who impressed us by checking on the tables - you know a place is going to have great service when the manager is around and visible. I absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for Mexican food or somewhere cozy and relaxed to grab a drink!
