Great food and environment. I felt like the waiter could have been more friendly, & prompt, there wasn't many of us at the restaurant eating at the time we went to justify the delay it took for anything we asked for. For the prices, I think customer service could be improved. I'm not sure if our waiter was having an off day, which we all do, but a smile goes a long way. I think for the prices you pay, excellent customer service is a must. We'll try them again, next time we're down this way. We had the porter steak. It was great!! To clarify, we had several severs helping us, the two that just brought the drinks and filled the waters are the ones that could improve on customer service, the man that brought me my steak was nice and even came out signing to us. We loved that part. Very nice!! :)

Lupo is an amazing classy restaurant. Your glass is never empty and the staff are always attentive to your needs. They described the food on the menu from what it contained to how it was cooked. The food was absolutely divine. Highly recommend for dates or business.

Offered a seat next to entrance under blowing ice AC in order to show others that place is full, but in contrary it was 80% empty. Had to wait for order 40 min. Too expressive and too small dishes. But I can admit good is tasty. Never come again.

By far my favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. Delicious food, great wines and amazing service.

Staying at the Delano and looked at so many places to go before a concert. We decided to go to Lupo and it was terrific. The food and service both were excellent. Tips - Beet salad terrific! Lasagna was the best ever - it melts in your mouth

More like 4.5 stars. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the hostess seemed like unhappy to do her job. Otherwise, the food we had was very good! I was disappointed I couldn’t take advantage of the happy hour because it was “at the bar only,” which is not advertised in their web page. The servers were very nice and , once again, very tasty food with excellent presentation. Although I noticed the restaurant lost a little of the “class” it used to have when tables had white tablecloth. Still recommend to eat there but pricey. Speaking of which $4.50 for the pepsi is a little too much!

There are few restaurants both my husband and I really enjoy because of our different tastes. This is one of them, for sure! We can vouch for the tuscan meatballs, olives al forno, chicken parmesan, roasted half jidori chicken, and tuscan potatoes. It was all great and reasonably priced. Service was on point.

The food and drinks were great, but the service was not good. The main server only paid attention to tables that ordered bottles of wine. He never asked how our meals tasted. We were never asked if we wanted another cocktail. The gentleman that filled our water glasses and cleared our plates, etc was very pleasant. I guess if you feel like being treated like a second class citizen, you’ll enjoy this place. I’ve been a server and a bartender, so I get it, but this was not a busy night at all, so this type of service was unacceptable.

While I have had better Italian food, this place was pretty good and not a bad food options if you're staying at Mandalay Bay. They had some decent wines by the glass, which was a plus. I tried their aranchini, which were decent. The veal dish I had though was quite delicious and definitely worth eating. If you like Italian and don't feel like traveling far I would definitely not shy away from eating here.

FABULOUS! 5 stars! Miguel and Taylor were perfect servers! Food was delicious! Wolf Gang cabernet....yummy! Atmosphere wonderful! 3 in our party rate 5 stars!

Food was good. Only the waiter said he was back from vacation and made a mistake on the creditcard bill. He would correct it but instead we got charged two times.

High end restaurant. Not as pricy as common in the Mandalay bay area. Best service I got for long long time. Delicious food .

The food and drinks were fantastic, that gets 5 stars in and of itself. What takes the first star away is the service. I understand it was a busy night, even for a Sunday in Vegas (can't imagine Fridays or Saturdays), and we were an 8 top, but for 10 people buzzing around our table, everything took at least ten minutes if not longer. Extra appetizers, drinks, even taking our entree orders. We were well past having eaten all our appetizers and I really didn't know if we were going to order our entrees ever. I even ordered one drink (of many), the same thing my co-worker got, and he got his but I never got mine. We ordered at the same time. The other star, and this may be picky (but it's Wolfgang's place, so I expect his chef's and sous' to be able to improvise and not just cooked what's programmed into their brains), I asked if we could get bread with butter, garlic and brie, baked for a few minutes. As an appetizer, it may have been more French, but I saw all the necessary ingredients in other apps. I guess this broke the code, because I never heard back from the server about this, not even someone coming out and saying, sorry, we cannot do that (the funny thing was, I asked for this the first time and I guess the guy was not listening, because he just brought out two knobs of butter, so then I say wait, and explained to him exactly what I was asking for. He says "let me check" and the subject was forgotten I assume). If they would have refused, I probably would have left a fourth star, but to hear nothing about a request...the words too busy should not be in a service person's vocabulary.
