Distinctly average steak given the high price. Service was patchy, I'd really expected much much more given the reputation this place has. So disappointed.

The service and ambience was excellent. The lobster bisque was very good. The food and sides were just “okay”. I was a little disappointed. Again not horrible but was hoping for a lot more.

I finally made it here. I don’t come to the MGM a whole lot but when I do, I have a few of my “go to” restaurantS/pubs. Today I finally decided to check out Craftsteak with a couple friends I’ve got in town for the Knights game. We came here and were seated very quickly and served drinks. Once our drinks came we ordered. The food came in a timely manner and WOW the food here is great. I enjoyed a dozen oysters and some wine to start. Then I got my steak. The steak is one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere, service, food and drinks are all on point and very enjoyable. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal and I’m sure we will all be back soon for more. Thanks Mike!!!

This was my second time at Craftsteak. The first time, I went with my wife for our anniversary. It was (and still is) the best meal I had ever had anywhere, from the appetizers all the way through to the dessert. Everything was so far beyond great that I can't imagine better food. I really can't. My wife agrees. And the service was fantastic, like we'd brought along our own personal attendants. They were there when we needed them and unobtrusive when we didn't. It was an incredible experience. This second time around, I went for my birthday. The food was good, not great. I kept thinking, I make a better steak than this at home. And our waiter seemed to forget we existed several times. I'll chalk it up an off night. The first experience still dominates my memories of this place. I hope to go back and relive that incredible experience again next year.

Best meal in Vegas! The staff at Craftsteak are incredible! We were seated quickly and taken care of by Alexis Ann immediately. She made perfect menu recommendations and provided impeccable service. The managers were also great, as we dealt with some rude and noisy guests at the bar who were disruptive to our dinner. They were responsive and professional in trying to resolve the issue, and made our meal a wonderful experience. Hands down the best steak of my LIFE, and the cinnamon pecan monkey bread dessert was to die for. Craftsteak is certainly living up to the expectations set by chef & owner Tom Colicchio. Thanks for making our Vegas food experience one to remember.

Amazing food. Helpful staff. We ordered a couple of the beef samplers. Just awesome. The meat, the appetizers, sides and desserts were amazing. Better come hungry because it's a lot of food.

Excellent service BUT the place is too loud for me. The food would have been great if everything had not been over seasoned/overdone, from the steak to the fingerling potatoes to the pitifully thin asparagus spears that were a little burned. However, the recommended cabernet was good, as well as the vesper cocktail I ordered before the meal. Attentive and knowledgeable service from Mario almost made for an excellent dining experience. Sad to say, I still prefer steaks at Morton's or Ruth's Chris. And maybe even old Taylor's here in L.A.

I have been to Craftsteak three times and it has never failed me. I highly recommend the combinations you can order that include multiple courses as this will cause the staff to regale you with their best. Not only are the beef cuts high quality, the preparation of the sauces and flavors is well done. If you ask me, a high quality food, without a perfected flavor, is wasted. Craftsteak balances these flavors well. Here, the service is excellent, the crafted drinks are well rounded, and the price tag is worth it. Try it.

Fantastic food and environment! Go with the family style meals for sure. As they brought out 5 appetizers, 5 salads, 5 steaks, 5 sides and then 5 desserts, our collective jaws dropped and salivation commenced! All perfectly prepared . . . Just beware the wine prices. Barely a bottle under $90.

It's an experience. The food was excellent. But the staff is what set this place apart. Our every need was met. Half of our party was late and they still were able to sit them at another area when they arrived. Shout-out to Victor and his team.

I've dined here twice with my husband now and each time has been a delight. I have never been disappointed. The service is excellent!! The staff come around often to check on you. The food is amazing. The lobster bisque is a must! I work in the casino industry (and even if I dont work at the property this restaurant is at), I confidently recommended this place to guests when they ask me where they can go for a steakhouse.

It's easily a Top 5 Steakhouse in Vegas. Great aged porterhouse for two... That's the way to go. The room itself is very classy almost business like from a Vegas perspective. It's quiet enough so conversations can happen and there's a lounge in front that makes meeting business clients very easy. Vegas steakhouses have so many different styles... this one seems like a underground men's club more than anything. And don't forget the world class Chef running the joint... the food is amazing!

Very disappointing experience. Service was good but did not like the huge side dishes. It would have been nice to know that when ordering, we could have shared (which we did but we would have only ordered one). There was enough white corn grits to feed at least 4. My steak was ok and for the price I would have thought it would have been better. Also not allowed to take the remaining food with us.

Sat at the bar rail. Bartender (Larry) was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The man knows his way around an old fashion. Surf and turf was heavenly, as was the bread. You won't regret eating here, unless you're on a budget.

For the price ribeye steak should have been amazing but was underwhelming and bland Could do just as well at Outback.

We had reservations for 6:45 after getting married earlier in the day. We arrived about an hour early and sat at the bar for a few cocktails, the staff was unbelievably hospitable, and the bartender made some wonderful bourbon recommendations. We were seated promptly at 6:45, she ordered a roasted filet (medium) I ordered a grilled NY Strip (medium rare) and we shared an order of the gratin potatoes and mixed mushroom. Everything was perfect, and maybe the best steak I have ever had. Oh, and the bread with the crunchy salted crust! WOW.

The risotto is amazing. The service is fantastic. The little chocolate and peanut butter treats they bring you with the check are great. My only issue was the steak. Honestly don't think it is their fault. I was there at 5 right when they open and there alone. The servers kept coming by to say the food will be out soon. Anyway the steak was a bit too charred. As I got further in the meat was good but not much better than average. I was expecting similar quality to the Jeff Ruby places back home and was not even close.
