Went to the Cafe for lunch. Food was good. Overpriced though. Waiter didn't come around as much as we needed, but he was really nice. Overall it was fine. I would go again.

First off before I begin this review I want to let you know that the pictures posted in this review are actually posted in the order you see things as you enter the room at Montbleu Resort and Casino. You'll notice that the light switch is featured rather prominently, we'll get to that. To start off the room way over priced for what we got. I've paid less in other places and gotten the same sort of room with unstained sheets and a bath tub in the bathroom. You notice that light switch well that is really the only switch in the room you have to walk pretty much all the way into the dark to turn on the lights. As you see from the pictures. Not a great bed either but at least the bed spread wasn't stained. Huge shower enough for 6 people at one time but no bath tub. Then if course this morning very early I get woken up be someone on the hotel staff pushing an invoice under my door. It was something I had charged to the room but a phone call and then a reminder at check our would of been much better than possibly sending someone with PTSD into a flashback.

Enjoyed the stay at Montbleu . Got a room with a beautiful view. Loved everything about the resort. Also got a good deal on this hotel,and compared to the price paid the hotel was incredible. I liked the location too. Parking is free which is a bonus . I stayed on the 7th floor and the view from my view was the nicest I had ever had. Loved this place a lot. I recommend this place for staying to all.

Montbleu is an aging casino it seems when they add something they remove it shortly after. They have a nice club but the paint, carpet, and lights need an upgrade. Looks like a 90s casino when it should look like a 2020. The bright spot here is the cigar shop inside. Go there every time nice people that know their stuff.

The food is amazing. The buffet and cafe are very good. The hotel rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The casino is tight. You don't win enough to keep playing for a few hours like casinos in Reno. Wasn't looking for a big win but of course would have ideal. Just to win enough to play for a while would have been nice.

I came here with my wife to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. It's a nice hotel and we got a room with a view of Lake Tahoe. Good room service. My only gripe is that there is no microwave to heat up leftovers from nice dinners. My wife and I almost always have a good amount of leftovers and we always take them home. Also no mini fridge either. I called the front desk and there is no microwave in the hotel for guest to use. Our room had a large walk in shower though. I recommend going to Sand Harbor to enjoy Lake Tahoe. It's a bit of a drive from the casinos but it's worth it, get there early especially if you need to launch a boat because spaces do fill up.

It was good. They had great service as well as lots of eating options and shops inside. The rooms are updated and the shower is amazing! They also have a cool pool. I took 1 star away because they need to do more detailed cleaning. There was a lot of dust in some places and some parts of the shower is growing mold.

The hotel room was clean and modern. The view from our room was beautiful. My only complaint would be about the bathroom door. They have the sliding barn type doors which don't really close completely and it's awkward in a room with another person. Room service was quick and good selection. I won a decent jackpot in the casino. I would stay there again.

The room was nice. No fridge but it was clean and overall decent. Vibe on the casino floor was kind of negative. I sat down next to my friend at a blackjack table and he wanted me to cut the deck for him. Tom the floor manager said only players could cut. Okay, no problem. My friend put down a chip in my spot so I could play and the manager said this was not allowed. No idea if this is a real rule or not, but I still don't understand why I couldn't play and it felt very unwelcoming. If you aren't planning to gamble and just want a nice place to stay, I'd say go for it.

Nice rooms. Beds are super comfortable. Shower is amazing. Indoor pool and spa is awesome. Great staff.

The rooms were really large and spacious. the food was really good! I usually don't expect much out of hotel food, but everything from the pizzas to quesadillas were great! Location is pretty much the same as the rest of the casino hotels at lake Tahoe, do that doesn't make much of a difference. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

I am enjoying my stay here at the Montbleu. No complaints. The food has been good, and good service. The rooms are nice, clean, and have plenty of space. Very nice pool area. Only downside (for some) is the casino. I'm not a big fan, so it's a negative for me, but if that's your thing then you may enjoy that aspect as well.

Great service and great rooms. Came during the week in May and there was practically no one. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Cool pool and very good location.

We got married at this place. We used to love coming here. The rooms lack many basic necessities. There's no bathtub, no fridge, the cost of getting room service is absurd, the bars all charge different prices for their drinks, the restaurants seem to be uninterested in serving customers. At De la Sol we were told we couldn't sit at a certain table and they stopped accepting to go orders at dinner time. They literally turned customers away. Who does that? The only thing this place has going for them is their valet service. I hope that team gets to see this review. They just....did their jobs. No muss no fuss, just people doing their job. At no other time did I get the impression from this "resort" that they're interested in providing any level of acceptable service.

Had a lovely visit at Montbleu. Dinner was really nice at the restaurant. The gambling was oh, gambling. What they really need to consider is to not have bug spray smells coming from the ceiling in the middle of using the slot machines.

This was the perfect spot for a girl's weekend away. Rooms were super clean, every staff member kind and polite. I asked for a few more towels and they were up with them in less than 10 min Would love to return

Was here or a wrestling event and stayed overnight. The pool and spa was well kept and clean. The event was in a room that was well-designed for concerts and theater stage shows. However with the wrestling ring 1/4 of the viewing area was hidden by the stage. The downside is that the rooms are not well ventilated, condensation gathers on the walls in the bathroom and windows with no fan for removal or the humidity.

As I am a big gambler in my hometown of STL Missouri I was offered a stay here. I had also planned on going to Vegas so my wife and I combined to the 2 trips. Huge mistake! Our stay at Green Valley Ranch (Vegas) was wonderful.... And then we came to this dump.... Our room looked like it was styled in the 70s..... The bathroom had next to no lighting.... The beds are terrible...... And our non smoking floor was full of weed and cigarette smoke. Also there was no refrigerators in the rooms..... You can rent one for 20 bucks a day, but why bother. This was the biggest disappointment in my entire adult life and no one at the hotel gives a rats ass if you are happy or not. If only I could give this place 0 Stars....... Please read this review and skip this place entirely!

We are visiting MontBleu several times a month, as my husband is a player and we like to ski. We are enjoying their rewards for the players! They are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to the Heavenly resort. Breathtaking views from the room to the lake.It is easy to place room reservation specially if you will be lucky to get straight to the lady named KC. She is professional, fast, listens attentively, solves problems creatively and use tact and diplomacy to achieve win-win outcomes. We enjoy this place and the people, working there.
