Mrs. Judy Burnette is rude & lacks knowledge in her duties as a "Store Manager", apparently if they sell you the wrong part you have to pay to get your core back... Go somewhere else, don't use this store! Rude Judy is a prude!
Great place for parts. But let me tell you. Everytime I walk in there's only one person cashiering and trying to help all the 10 or so customers in line. Heard someone on their phone in the back, playing music, which is apparently more importantl than the customers. For quick and quality service I recommend O'rieleys. Never have I had to wait 15-20 minutes in line to buy some damn screws That they didn't have in stock and had to order them. Nope. I wasted my time
12/27/2017 Temp. is 32 degrees and dropping to the 20’s. Blower fuse went out due to a Nissan issue. I have a scheduled repair in a few days. At this time I needed a replacement - need heater working. I walked into the store at 8:30 PM, closing time is 9:00 PM. All I’ve ever heard from my family is how helpful AutoZone employees are with help. Tonight, not a fact for me.! No other customers are at the store, there are 2 employees stocking and cleaning trash. I get their attention with a hello and show them my fuse panel and my phone picture of the diagram. I asked for help putting in the fuse, they both tell me they can not and not at night time. One tells me to come back in the morning, I tell him the temp will be in the low 20’s. I bought fuses and a flash light to do myself at their front door... My vision is not good so I could not see to change out fuse. At this location I’ve seen AutoZone employees install windshield wipers, carry out batteries and install, etc... I’m very disappointed. If I’m wrong and there’s a policy in place on no fuse installation - I redo this review.
