They are horrible! Made me wait for ever to get my drink, and it was all melted when they gave it to me. Not a good experience

The drink I ordered was prepared well, but the staff weren't very friendly- they seemed annoyed that they were at work and annoyed that I was making them do the work they were hired to do.

Lately they don't care on how to prepare the drinks ... I have been going there for 12 years due that I work in the outlet .. and lately my drinks are horrible .. they don't pay attention on what is that you order . And you are paying close to 10 dollars for a drink. They need to pay more attention

So disappointed...... this location is very difficult to park so not the easiest place to grab a fast cup of coffee. After circling twice to find the right place to park we walk into the mall to find out they dont take large bills! Really - I have a small company and I break small bills because that is a service to my customers and I want their business. So after a long drive and in need of coffee, our business was not wanted! I drink coffee at Starbucks all across the US- just remember the customers are who make you successful- being on top can come and it can go! And if you can't make change at least train your cashier to kindly explain the situation instead of a blank look and goofy smile! Starbucks- gcomr on 😢😢😢
