Just an absolutely incredible visit the food was spectacular but the service was five star And we added bonus star. Donna was an absolutely incredible server with a great personality and always ahead of the game JAIME was equally superstar as was the rest of the team there we would definitely recommend Donna again and our family and friends in the future will be asking as well

It was good, but... In the past we've always enjoyed eating at The Prime Rib Loft. I've talked to people about how delicious the prime rib were. This time though, when we ordered "The Beef Eater" cut (32oz) we received what looked like the 16oz cut. When we asked the waitress about the size of the Prime Rib, she insisted that she had brought us the right cut. Looking at the two gentlemen next to us, who ordered the exact same meal, they obviously received the right cut, which was twice as big as what we got. On top of that, we asked for a medium rare, but got well done instead. When we got our bill, we were billed full price for "The Beef Eater" cut. This used to be our favorite spot to get a prime rib, but this experience changed all that!

We have been coming for years! Awesome prime rib. We always do the Cajun version, rare! Donna and Abbie did a fantastic job!

What a special evening. WE spent our 30th anniversary here and the staff was just wonderful. The food was outstanding and our servers Mindy and Carmen were above and beyond attentive. A very nice quiet evening. WE will be back!

Not my favorite. Spent a pretty penny... drinks, appetizers, meal, and wanted dessert (never asked or brought a dessert menu) just to have the food be ok. The bread was rock hard and not edible. We asked multiple times for a new basket that we never got. The server was very rude and argumentative. Wait for 20 minutes for our order to be taken and then brought the check the moment our meal arrives. Felt like we were being rushed out of there. The waitress even stated at one point she had other tables on the other side of the restaurant (not a huge place) and couldn't walk over here if we needed anything else. Wish I read the reviews before dining here.

Love the Rib Loft and the staff. Donna is the server we always request. She has become par of our life. That is lucky for us. Always look forward to going to the Orleans & the Prime Rib Loft.

This place is such a mixed bag. Husband and I went before catching a movie in the Orleans. Chose this restaurant because it sounded like a solid place to get a decent dinner. What we got was an experience that left us wondering if the night had actually happened or if it were a dream. We were seated immediately. Upon inquiry, my husband was informed that the closest restroom was not in the restaurant, but rather downstairs and across part of the casino floor near the registration desk. There was confusion regarding our server as we had two staff members taking orders and bringing out food/drinks. When asking for recommendations, one server described a single dish with less-than-desirable verbiage. The second server made a recommendation and when I attempted to order something different, refused to accept my order until I conceded to his recommendation. Food was mediocre. We each had the prime rib (his thick cut, mine thin). The house salad was measly and drowned in dressing. The prime rib was alright, but nothing spectacular. Side dishes were okay. Presentation left a lot to be desired. Will not return.

My wife and I had been staying at the Orleans while visiting Vegas. We decided to try the Prime Rib Loft, on a Saturday. We had to wait 45 mins.(understandable). So we hit the blackjack tables to kill some time. After losing our asses we headed up to the loft drinks in hand. We were sat right away but noticed our server was acting weird. After a short time we realized that she was just being plain rude!!!! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with us when asking our order!!!! She was even glaring at us from around the corner!!!! Even the manager would skip our table every time he made his rounds!!!!!! They were nice to everyone else what the heck!!! Was it because we brought our drinks up? I thought this is Vegas!!!! We have NEVER received such horrible service in our lives!!! Our servers name was Angelica, but she was anything but trust me!!!!
