Well Starbucks is Starbucks you can try other coffee shops but then you end up going back to Starbucks who doesn't like Starbucks when you need a Starbucks I asked for an extra shot of caffeine at boy that really jacked me up good

Ducky always has a smile and always helpful! She makes my mocha frappuccino taste great! Sometimes the wait is frustrating but the friendly people make up for it.

Employees are usually great, sometimes my drink is done wrong though. Granted my drink is relatively difficult though so I don't usually get upset. Still love em!

According to their business hours they open at 5 am. Went there at 5:10 am and the doors were locked. A barista was inside taking drive through orders. She looked at me standing by the door and just completely ignored me. Waited for a few minutes while the barista kept taking orders for the drive through while looking at me...so I left to get coffee somewhere else. Lousy customer service.

Starbucks is always great, specially because I had the opportunity to meet up with an old friend I had not seen since 2003.

Customer service is great I know that they can busy and giving them time to do their job allows them to provide excellent service. Really appreciate the coffee and pastries

Had a mobile order a little bit after 5 am. Their doors were locked even though their door signs says they open at 5. I waited almost 10 minutes by the door until the time my drink was supposed to be ready. The staff clearly saw me outside by the door for 10-15 min. It wasn’t until I knocked on the door when he said they don’t open doors until 530am and that I had to go through the drive thru.
