We sat a really interesting table, it looks like it's part of the lobby/waiting area but apparently you can sit/eat there. When you walk in it's the area on the right that's before the check-in desk, it's got plush couches and a ton of pillows. We agreed to sit there, but in hindsight it was just too... public, we were right up against the windows with people passing by, and every person who walks in has to pass your table.
The food was great, I ordered some sort of waygu steak -- sorry, totally can't remember which one it was, and they had Voss sparking water (my favorite). Every dish that was brought to us was brought by a different person, so we weren't really sure who our server actually was the entire night. They were incredibly attentive -- especially for being at a table that was completely separate from the main dining area.
It's what I'd expect for a Vegas steakhouse, top-notch quality steaks. Good service, and you definitely pay a pretty penny for your food.
