Amazing. Everything about this place is amazing. Got the pork belly appetizer, it was amazing. Got the old fashioned from the cart. Amazing. Got an American wagyu steak. Amazing. Don't come here expecting to spend less than a hundred a person though.

A pricey but fabulous eatery by the culinary wizard known as Wolfgang Puck. Went on my anniversary and they rolled out the red carpet for us. The waiter was engaging and personal having knowledge about everything we had a question about. Excellent steaks (and if you want a treat try the purple mustard)

Birthday dinner here was fantastic! Highly recommend the Pear cocktail, steak tasting plate (includes 2oz of insanely delicious Japanese Wagyu) and the Yukon smashed potatoes and creamed spinach with egg are great sides to round out a filling meal! The bread selections they provide are also wonderful, I have to be careful to not over indulge too soon. Plus for my birthday they brought a special dessert and we ordered the banana cream pie to share which was lovely but Oh so much food. Great food, great service, thanks for making a special night all the more special.

By far the best steak I've ever had. Ribeye was like butter. This is a very expensive place but well worth it. Cheapest steak starts at $70. Definitely a must if you want to treat yourself or love one to a great meal. The staff is extraordinary.

We sat a really interesting table, it looks like it's part of the lobby/waiting area but apparently you can sit/eat there. When you walk in it's the area on the right that's before the check-in desk, it's got plush couches and a ton of pillows. We agreed to sit there, but in hindsight it was just too... public, we were right up against the windows with people passing by, and every person who walks in has to pass your table. The food was great, I ordered some sort of waygu steak -- sorry, totally can't remember which one it was, and they had Voss sparking water (my favorite). Every dish that was brought to us was brought by a different person, so we weren't really sure who our server actually was the entire night. They were incredibly attentive -- especially for being at a table that was completely separate from the main dining area. It's what I'd expect for a Vegas steakhouse, top-notch quality steaks. Good service, and you definitely pay a pretty penny for your food.

Awesome experience here last night! The food was spot on, the service was outstanding and professional. The team was informative, friendly, excellent sommelier service and attentive on all fronts. Thank you for making our last night in Vegas extra fun!

I’ve done quite a bit of fine dining in Vegas and CUT blew me away with the service and food. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and no one ever had to ask for anything. We had a large group of about 12 and the staff was always making sure our drinks were refilled and some small finger snacks were available while we waited for appetizers and entrees. The food was just amazing. All of it. From the breadsticks that you get when you sit down, to the steaks that are cooked exactly perfect. No one had any complaints. I would definitely recommend CUT if you’re wanting to enjoy a great quality steakhouse on the Strip.

Came in before dining hours and was helped by Bailey. Great customer service, conversation and advice. Very pretty as well. I didn’t need food and y’all get a 5 star from me

The food was very good, but portion sizes and prices were a little outrageous. $103 for lobster mac & cheese seemed incredibly steep. $19 cocktails were delicious, but pricey. Apps were very small portions as were the a la carte sides. Service was outstanding. However, next time in Vegas we'll pick a different high end steakhouse.

Wow this place being great is an understatement. My friend and I were visiting the city and decided to come to Cut for dinner. And wow everything was so amazing. The decor, the drink, the food: Wow! On top of that our server Chris was phenomenal. No doubt the best service I've had dining out. Really a phenomenal experience and the food was out of this world.

The below comments are from February 2018, one year later almost to the day and CUT still deserves a 5 star rating for the excellent food and incredible service! Although our experience this year 2018 almost went South if it wasn't for a great bartender that saved the day and week. Her name is Camille and she was AWESOME! Incredibly friendly, attentive, productive, and all around a great person that CUT should be very thankful to have working there.
