Met one of our vendors here for a business dinner. We highly recommend it. The sushi was great & the sea bass was the most tender one I've ever eaten.

My absolute favorite restaurant anywhere, and I've never looked at the menu. Chef's table: give them your tastes, they will bring you amazing dish after amazing dish. And after all these years, they still manage to surprise with new and different offerings along side their classics.

Let them pick your food. For less than $100 a person they will create an experience just for you. I told them about food allergies and they were able to customize certain parts of the meal just for me. Generally we steered them in the direction of what we like and they took care of the rest. The food is great and so is the service.

SUSHISAMBA

One of the best Japanese- South American fusion restaurants I've ever been to. The food was exquisite and service was very fast. If in doubt of what to try, just ask the waiter. Or waiter was very knowledgeable about all the food and beverage options. I would not hesitate to try anything they suggest. Reservations are not required but highly recommended if going on a weekend (they stay busy).

Excellent food! Gluten friendly! Reasonably priced. Neat looking place even down to the restrooms. Service timing was good but our server was somewhat rude. Overall worth going.

Awesome food! Everyone in our group loved their meal and we had an awesome server. If you like mushrooms, be sure to get the mushroom appetizer - it's to die for! It was our first visit and we will definitely return next time we are in town.

SUSHISAMBA

Interesting fusion restaurant of Peruvian, Japanese and I think Brazilian foods. Sake selection was extensive and ran the gamut of levels of smoothness. Sushi was great, the beef was AMAZING and overall plating and service was also very good. If you're the conscious buyer-type or like to support local restaurants or small businesses, this is't your place. It's owned by a large hospitality group and has SushiSambas in large cities around the world. If those factors aren't a big deal for you, though, its a great place to have a really really good meal that will keep your taste buds happy.

SUSHISAMBA

This place is located in the Pallazo - right amongst the Grand Canal Shoppes. It was busy (even as late as we went) so we sat at the bar to save time. It was neat to watch the staff do their thing. I very much enjoyed the sushi roll offerings with the Peruvian/Brazilian twist. The fish was fresh and the flavors super unique. Skip this place if you prefer more "traditional" sushi - there are limitless options in Vegas. Also, definitely on the pricier side I'd say but that might be my Pittsburgh girl side talking as everything is a bit more expensive in Vegas.

SUSHISAMBA

Having recently been to Japan, I can confidently say this is some of the best sushi I have ever had. Really unique, relaxed vibe and good mix of Japanese and Brazilian cuisines. My server was awesome and his recommended dishes were superb - in particular I recommend the green onion tempura and samba rolls. Plates are on the smaller side and meant for sharing, so this is a restaurant best enjoyed with a group or with a (very) hungry solo diner.

SUSHISAMBA

I was highly disappointed with this restaurant. I don't know if its because I arrived at this restaurant one hour before closing but everything from our service to food was horrible. 1. I am 90 % sure our waitress was some what intoxicated or he was wearing an alcohol scented cologne. 2.My friend and I both ordered the miso soup as an appetizer. Not only was it barely luke warm but it was very dark in color which should have been a warning sign for us not to eat it. One sip and instant headache! We literally must have been given the last scoop from the bottom of the pot because all we tasted was SALT!! My friend even tried to add some water to the soup to help dilute it. NO LUCK!! We were very unhappy with our service. All the waiters were so busy cleaning up that no one ever took the time to come by and check on us. I'm sure this place is good but they need to learn to serve the same quality food up till closing with the same customer service.

SUSHISAMBA

Great fusion concept restaurant. Mixing three different ethnic foods: Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian. Great main course entree dishes. Appetizers were a little smaller than advertised and seemed a bit pricy however you are on the strip. Great decor and ambiance. Nice place to eat with friends or for solo dining.

Best sushi I have had. Super fresh and great flavor combinations. Tempura rock shrimp small plate was exceptional. Atmosphere and decor inside was on point, right down to the restroom. Our waiter was also fabulous. Very knowledgeable on the menu, drink selections, combination plates to order and also helped us celebrate our friends birthday with a personalized dessert plate.

Friday evening 9pm early March 4 of us stopped in for dinner after our flight. All our food was fresh with amazing flavors. We also enjoyed some bottled craft beer. Very good. Wait staff was on top of every detail. It was very busy and the food came fast. We has numbers 1&2 of the sambarolls. 6 hand roles.

In the Las Vegas location, this restaurant is always amazing. The food is delicious with a variety of flavors bursting from it. The service is impeccable too. The chicken skewers were organic which is always a plus. My favorite is the spicy tuna roll with ginger. Overall, I loved it!

I think this place is the best restaurant in Vegas! You should see it. Amazing service, very friendly staff and tasty fresh foods! Great drinks menu. Quite a good selection of Japanese beers and lots of sake. All the recommended drinks were on top. Lightning fast serviced. Sushi was different and delicious and tempura with vegetables tasted great. Slightly expensive, but I highly recommended!
