If I can just call out one young adult Latino worker with glasses. He Always forgets and item in the drive thru and when I finally went inside to enlighten him, he giggled and assumed I wanted free stuff.

Well this McDonald's will be the HEAVY HITTER when it comes to adults, business lending a hand to this nation's children's safety. At this location I made the decision to report a situation that involved children's security, well being. Thus this corporate location took heart felt demand. By showing me the responsible party that other instruments that would be neglectful towards school students should and can be touched. And these white men contacted cox communications and relayed the insider information on dirty with in or around the children and business and. Diplomacy gave birth to this towns. Zero tolerance towards child endangerment, neglect. 💟😇 My heros and everlasting brothers. Untouched in the children affairs department.....

I usually give restruants good reviews, but this McDs has HORRIBLE customer service! I guess the manager changed because they only hire family because they seem to be busy laughing and messing up peoples orders and not giving them thier receipts and always forget what to put in the bag. A friend and her sister went to this particular McDonald's and they only speaks english and she said a lady with glasses assumed she was Hispanic and started speaking to her in Spanish and when she said she doesnt speak spanish the lady started laughing and said she and an embarrassment because she didn't speak spanish! Who in the world speaks to another human being like that and just assumes thier race and than starts attacking them? This customer service has being down the drain. Retrain your employees to not be racist. That in itself is an embarrassment to have racist and ignorant employees.

This Mcdonalds ususally has a sketchy crowd, and although it does fit the area I often leave with a desire not to return. The service is good and there are always friendly faces. I just can't give a higher rating due to just how uncumfortable you feel while being there, and especially with the random homeless person that decides to enter.

It was a quick stop through this location because we were on the east side of town. Though it's always busy we usually move quickly through drive-thru.

Just like any other McDonald's. I would've gave a 5 star rating but their managers are real a•holes! No Customer Care whatsoever. If y'all are reading this, work on your customer service skills because they stink 😒

Erica the manager isn't professional at all. I really wonder rather this McDonald's is a homeless shelter because she doesn't treat it like a restaurant and snapped at customer to quickly

Considering the only healthy thing in a McDonald's is the bottled water and the only good thing to ever come out of McDonald's is the door out, for some reason this McDonald's has changed my life. This is probably because I ordered a bottle of water (over priced) and then took the door out and went to the gym and ate a salad elsewhere. But fiddle-dee-dee the bottled water was good. 5/5.

we were not please about going to McDonalds for breakfast but there weren't any other options.. it was 9 a.m. saturday morning we were pleasantly surprised with customer service and the food. decor was modern and very clean. I have to say it's the best McDonalds experience we had in years.

Meh...not the best French fries. They were cold when I went. Sad...the McD's in Illinois is WAY better!
