These are the tightest dam machines I’ve been seen!! The restaurants are pretty good but that’s about it. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! Your better off winning at the truck stop casinos than this dam place. If you spend $100 to $200 in the casino and don’t win anything, then it’s obvious you shouldn’t bother coming back and plus they don’t give you free play money for new players like the majority of the casinos around here do. We travel all over the U.S. and and the casinos we’ve been too have been pretty good machines to win. This place is awful!!! We definitely will not be back!!

Great Rooms! Great Atmosphere! Love The Live Bands On The Weekend! If you haven't been yet, give them a try. I don't think they will disappoint you at all. The entire staff was great everyone from the pit bosses, to the dealers, ever down to the lady that clean my room just amazing people! Thanks for a great time! Thanks for letting me win some money while we were there!

Had $35 dollars in my players comp account haven't been able to come out for awhile. When i got here my account was $0. Spent a lot of money here to get those comp $$. Was told basically, to bad, that's our policy! They gave me a whopping $8 back. Guess they need the money more than I do. # No trust. BTW, haven't been to the Nugget In the same amount of time. Every penny i had In my comp account at the Nugget, it's still all there and ready for me to use. # WINNING!

Stayed here in May 2018. The rooms were very nice. The restaurant was good and service was excellent. The casino does not have a great diversity of games but its still nice. Will most likely stay there again.

Room very nice. Housekeeping good. Senior menu in restaurant very affordable and good food. Slots tight, neither my spouse, nor I, nor anyone around us won. Very disappointing. Liked free shuttle amongst the casinos. Would have liked to rent a car to sight see. None available in town.

It almost looks like it's seen better days, of course I was there early morning and was having breakfast. The menu seemed a bit pricey, but was filled with the standard breakfast fare. The food was good and the service great. Unfortunately, there was nothing about the casino (through which I had to walk to get something to eat) which made me want to stop and play anything.

I think they should give accounts to married people that you are not on one account. It is not fair. On the most part it is nice here. We like it a lot but the slots are real tight. We like the bingo tournaments. It is not fair when it comes to the point system. We were upset when they downsized us from gold to bronze after we had it for almost 3 years. We only needed 1000 to go platinum. We try to come down at least every two months. Anyway if you want a getaway for a few days-enjoy

Nice people,Wonderful Mexican food, convenient shuttle from the Rainbow. The Mexican restaurant was very good, but couldn't accommodate a party of 7 so we sat across restaurant from each other. Maybe a reservation would have helped. Food made up for it.

I have been visiting this casino for 30 years and it used to be a fun place to go. Over the last 10 years it has been a not so good place to go, mostly because they have cut the payouts on the machines in half or even more in some cases. Until the last 5 years or more you could play for hours with the money you brought with you and enjoyed the time there. Now you can hardly find a machine that will pay out enough to play for just 2 or 3 hours and you get little or nothing for a payout. 1or 2 machine s might pay a decent pay out but the rest just take everything you put in them and pay out nothing. It has taken all the fun out of going to play. Because of the changes I only go over half the time I used to and do not recommend to my friends to visit the place. When the management decides to start paying like they used to I will return to inviting my friends to come over with me. They have lost a lot of business over the last 5 plus years because of there own greed and that comes from many others I have talked to as well. The Perks they give now don't make up for the fun of loosing all your money in just a few hours or less. They do not reward there consistent players like they use to, and that is the reason I have such a low rating for that casino..

We stayed here after a horrible stay and checking out early at the Nugget. They were very professional and friendly, and the rooms are nice and clean (I love the steam shower!) It all looks really nice after their remodel. We will definitely stay again.

I will NEVER give the Peppermill Casino my business again. We booked a room online through their website for the Ron White show 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived we were told we didn't have a reservation. It turned out their website had booked us in Reno through a third party, not in Wendover. They didn't have any rooms left and did nothing to rectify the situation outside of telling us to check with the Golden Nugget to see if they had rooms available. Because their website had directed us to a third party website (without our knowledge) they would not refund our money. We are still trying to recoup the cost for the suite we paid for. We also had to cough up the money for a hotel room at the Golden Nugget at the last minute. This wasn't our only negative experience with the Peppermill. We had booked a room a couple of months ago and when we showed up they had bumped our reservation to a completely different hotel on the other side of the strip without telling us until we went to check in. We had purposely booked at the Peppermill because we were there on a work trip and the proximity of the hotel to the event we were working was important. After the Ron White show we ate dinner at one of the restaurants at the Peppermill and ended up with food poisoning after waiting for over an hour to get our food after ordering. This is a terrible company who has no regard for customer service. My recommendation would be to avoid this Casino/Hotel at all costs.

The prime rib dinner in the restaurant is the best I've had. It's a very generous portion that rivals anything I've had at a steakhouse for 2-3 times the price. The service was prompt and very courteous, we ate here throughout our stay. We promised ourselves that on our next visit we would try other places, but it will be hard to beat this place!

Last couple of times staying at the Peppermill Hotel have been very disappointing. Rooms are dirty. Bathrooms are moldy. Notified housekeeping and they came up to do the cleaning over. They did sweep up the previous tenant's hair from the bathroom floor, but left the dead moth by the garbage can and all the mold in the bathtub and something questionable on the toilet. I wish I could upload pictures here. For $140 a night, you should be able to at least shower without needing to wear flip flops. Won't be back.
