If this place had any competition in this little town, they'd be out of business. When service is indifferent, food is barely edible, and the atmosphere is trailer park, you'd deserve to have your doors shut. Everything could be remedied by a decent management team. It doesn't take a huge capital investment to start treating customers as if you really appreciate their patronage. Hire a decent cook, purchase decent ingredients, and let the wait staff know what you expect. Dreaming?
