Did not live up to JW reputation. The grounds were beautiful but poorly maintained. Pool was dirty, poolside chairs old and covered with bird droppings. There were several young, inexperienced staff just standing in the main entrance not ensuring the customer experience. We sat at the pool for a few hours without staff asking if we would like anything from the bar. When my husband went to the bar, he ordered food, 2 drinks and waters and carried them back without any staff offering to help. The spa was over priced and dirty, with used band-aids on side tables, making the $330 for 2 deep tissue massages even more unjustified. Staff at check in was amazing but there was only one person in the lobby, creating a line. We had a overall nice experience but not JW nice. If we hadn't won our free stay in an poker tournament, we would have spoken to management about a significant reduction in fees.

I had a junior suite. This hotel is so elegant. The customer service was great. I was there for our motorcycle convention. I plan to return for my own personal escape. I slept so well in the bed, my view from the room was so relaxing. The buffet that was downstairs was good as well. I could go on and on. I really loved it.

Beautiful plush grounds. Spotless clean. My room was laid out so comfortably service was excellent. Pool area plenty of lounges super clean. Love this place highly recommend. Lounge and entertainment

We were welcomed as a group with, respect and met with smiling faces by the staff. The rooms are elegant with a jet tub and rain shower features. Speakers in the bath. Ceiling fan. Excellent view. Zen Gardens are breathtaking. I highly recommend you stay here.

This was a very fancy casino and I loved the restaurant since the breakfast price was $4.95 on certain breakfast items before 9am. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were waiting on the rest of our group to arrive. Once the orders were placed, the service and the time it took to get the food was better than most Casinos in the area. The slot machines were absolutely better than any I have seen in the Vegas area and I have been traveling to Vegas since 2010. In the casino area you really couldn't smell the smoke which was nice as I am not a fan of cigarettes. The parking garage spaces are decent sized where it doesn't feel like your vehicle will get dinged because of how small the spaces are.
