our server was very nice & friendly but the reason i am giving this place one star is because our chicken wings were raw. pretty disgusting to take a bite and see clear raw chicken. this isnt the first time I've had bad experience at this location. This time after eating raw chicken i felt the need to write a review on this place.

Worst food I've had in a while, the server was ok. I waited about 45 minutes just like everyone around us. A couple walked out. Our food was low quality. The meat had no flavor, our soup seemed to have an entire onion on the bowl, and the shrimp seemed undercooked.. burgers were ok. But that's about it.. sorry but it was pretty bad.. my family and I go out a lot and this was the worst this year..

Wow, absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and served in a timely manner, our waiter checked up on us often to offer assistance, and the atmosphere was really good overall. I believe his name was Zack? The manager also took the time to go around and make sure customers were satisfied, and the waiter (Zack??) was so attentive and nice to my family. TGIF is a little more higher in the prices compared to fast food places, but lower compared to legitimate restaurants. It's perfect pricing for really good quality food. You should try celebrating a special occasion here at least once.

We were a party of 24 and was told we could not do the 2 for $14.99 because our party was too big. Really? It does not say that anywhere on the menu. How can this be legal? Was it because we are of African American decent? I’ve lived in Vegas for ten years. I suggested TGI FRIDAYS BECAUSE NORMALLY ITS A GOOD ATMOSPHERE AND KID FRIENDLY. But, this time I’m DISAPPOINTED 😞.

The good was no where near as good as it has been in the past and our server a young Hispanic man was absolutely horrible. He just didn't care if we were happy with anything and took his sweet time doing everything. We typically tip very very well but not this time. We won't be going back to this location anytime soon

Brittany is such a wonderful server. If you ever want GREAT service ask for her. I was on my lunch break and needed to be in and out and she did that. Food was amazing that Jack Daniels chicken is the best . Whole staff was amazing I will be a regular

It's been quite a few years since I stepped foot into a TGI Fridays but since I don't live too far from the place, I thought to myself, why not? I used to frequent here a lot during the early 2000s. It's definitely changed a lot since the bar part is separated and it's opened 24 hours. On to the food. The menu also changed a little bit as well. I ordered the Jack Daniel's petite sirloin plate and for dessert, the brownie obsession. The food came out pretty good and the waiter was very efficient. Although I am disappointed that the restaurant got rid of the Blackened Cajun chicken sandwich, I will come back here again.

My friend and I came down to Vegas for a day trip and love TGIF’s. We decided to come to this location and were treated HORRIBLY. When we walked in, there was a group ahead of us and about 6 empty tables that needed to be cleaned but were told there was a 15 minute wait. Once we got seated, it took the waitress forever to get our drinks and take our orders and our table needed to be wiped off. It was not busy what so ever for how many staff there were. A manager stopped by our table and we told her we were not impressed by the service. She said that it has been a rough day but that she would have someone over to wipe our table. The host came to wipe our table and gave us attitude. Our food was good, but the service was horrible. I do not recommend this location

I came here on Valentine's and was disappointed. They have completely changed the menu. My favorite meal here sizzling chicken and shrimp has changed. I had no clue until the server told me. The menu isn't updated, so no way for someone to know. The mashed potatoes were watery and looked stretched. My boyfriend had strawberry lemonade and it was very sour. His meal came with broccoli and it was over cooked you can literally see the yellow color on some pieces. The staff was nice, so reason for 2 stars. However, that night I became sick and literally stayed in the bathroom. So I do believe it was the food as I was fine prior to my dine in. I've come to Friday's for over 10 years and sadly they lost a long time customer.

The bartender ladies were rude but the waitress was wonderful and friendly with a great smile. I was there on a friday night. The food was great though.

We loved the experience! Our server Jorge was amazing and we can't wait to come back to eat some delicious food!

I did not enjoy the bartenders untimely and inconsiderate service . She was not friendly to me not offer me any type of customer service. My intention was to make an or order for carry out and ended up waiting 20 minutes for everyone in the bar to get their drinks while I waited to simply place my order . I'm so outraged by this restraunt, my immediate thoughts were to write a complaint on the web because the manager that was present clearly looks cares less about the way her bartender manages the bar and the customers in it. Obviously she's desperate to keep her behind the bar deposits the bad terrible customer service skills she has. I am not kidding I've worked in several restraunts and this experience is by far one of the worst!

BEWARE OF OVER CHARGING! I ordered a side of sweet potato fries and the waitress informed me there would be an additional charge for them. I asked why since they were on the sides list. Then she said "Oh they charged more for them in the past but they are the same price now." When I received my bill she tried to charge me for sides which came with the meal. Don't know if this is store policy trying to get over on the customers or what, but don't see how she would benefit or could, unless the manager gives a kickback. She did remove the charge. I intend on writing corporate of this situation.
