Ambiance and drinks were very good, service was good, food was over priced and bland. Steak, which was medium in size, appeared to have been Sous vide and then maybe pan seared. Lacked flavor. Presentation of seafood was an attempt to make it look larger than it actually was and should have been better for the $80 price tag. We love finding great places to eat out, but don't know if we will go back. The name indicates you will get a fire grilled meal. Just not the case.

. My husband and myself had enjoyed a great evening on November 30 th for my 47 th birthday at the charcoal room . We enjoyed it so much we decided to book for Valentine’s Day . Just a note that we work hard for our money and to be able to dine in this establishment is a once in a while treat for us it’s really a big deal . We arrived for our 6:30 appointment and we were seated immediately. We were stuck next to a big party on a table for 2 when in fact we could actually hold hands and bump elbows with the party next to us . We asked for different seating and was told from the hostess they could not accommodate us . I felt immediately that we were in a cafeteria seating arrangement and not a gourmet establishment. We chose to stay being that it was Valentine’s Day and our options were limited being everything is booked. The bread was excellent the shrimp cocktail was fabulous. My husband ordered prime rib that was perfect . I ordered surf and turf with my filet being cooked medium well . I got my food the lobster was cold and the filet was cooked so well done it was tough to chew . I took 2 bites and realized it was burnt . I showed the waitress and she said that the meat was unexceptable and offered to bring me another. I was so disappointed being that we waited 40 minutes for our main course . I told the waitress not to bring me another because I never send food back . She said I will charge you just for the lobster tail . I agreed even though it was cold I had to have something to eat . So I ate the cold lobster tail . It was rubbery and cold ! Nothing like I had on my birthday in November. So very dissatisfied we asked for the bill and it was amazing how we were charged $46 for a lobster tail that was equivalent to a small tail that we would receive from outback steak house it wasn’t even a full size lobster tail. So frustrated my husband said file a complaint in the morning ..

House chopped salad is excellent. Filet is tender and delicious but needs to be dipped in garlic cilantro sauce to enhance flavor. Ribeye is excellent and the added mushroom and onions was a great choice. The raisin nut bread is a must and so good. Our waiter did an excellent job explaining what hanger steak is. The ambiance was too loud as they had a live singer tonight. If she would have just played piano it would have been perfect. Prices have increased again so that was disappointing. Seems high for a local casino.
