The Tower Observation Deck is in 2 different floors. One floor is indoor viewing with seating and a bar. The other floor is outdoor observing. We were able to go up for free because we were dining at one of the restaurants. I personally don’t believe it’s worth paying for. Elevators going up and down are a bit of a pain.

Was told hotel guests get to go to this bar for a $10 fee. Went to get a ticket to go up and was told $16. I showed the lady where it says $10 and she said "no, $16 or no ticket" guess I'll go find $26 beer night somewhere else.

Place it's really nice the problem is the bartender. Really rude my wife and I got there 2 customers in front of us so we wait our turn when it was our turn another customer came and bartender ask who was next. Really?!?!?! We were in a line sequence not a chance to get confused.
