Great country bar! Full deal with polite cowboys two steppin the night away, to the fun watching the people try their skills in the mechanical bull! Great bands! Loved it!

We stopped here on our first evening in Vegas for some food and to have a few drinks. We ordered some drinks and food shortly after we were seated. Our food came quickly. I had one of the burgers and it was cooked to perfection. Although the food was good, the best part of Gilley's was yet to come. It just so happened that we were in Vegas the week of the national finals rodeo, which they were playing live on all the big screens. The place was packed and they even had tables on the dance floor. Once the rodeo finished they cleared the dance floor and the band started playing. Along with the band, I need to mention that they have a mechanical bull that you can pay to ride. They also had a bikini bull riding contest. I gotta tell you, that was entertaining. Listen, if you like a happening bar open late, don't mind some bikini bull riding and enjoy some dancing this is absolutely your bar. I also need to give credit to our waitress, Raven took care of us all night and never left us long without attending to us. The only unfortunate thing was she wasn't working evenings the next two nights that we came. (that's correct, we couldn't find a better place to spend the evening, we tried, but yet continued to come back before the night was over). Raven was awesome, the bar was awesome and we had a hell of a good time!

Cool place. Wish we'd come here at night. The atmosphere was pretty much dead at lunch time on Sunday. The Cowboy Burger was worth every penny!

Would've been 5 stars if our waitress didnt act like we messed with her man. Beyond that, great place. Food was delicious and quick. Drinks weren't over priced. I can live without the country music but that's my bad for not researching before showing up.

The spot was awesome. We enjoyed the food so much we found ourselves going back a few times while we were visiting on vacation. The staff was friendly the location is need especially if you get a table where you can see all the people walking by. We like to people watch!

The fried chicken was good, very moist. The picture on the menu makes it look like you get 2 pieces, but my plate came out with a small breast, 2 thighs, a wing, and a leg. The coating was harder than I prefer, but still very good. I had the mac & cheese and Southwest creamed corn as sides. Both were excellent.

Went there in the morning for the buffet breakfast (which is $20 per person) and was disappointed. I went in expecting more than what we got. Very little selection. They had the basics: eggs, bacon, sausage and a few small pastries but overall, I feel like I got a 2 star meal for a 4 star price. I could've gone to Denny's for a much better meal for half the price. Next time, I will. Not to mention two of the people in my party were accused of not paying and asked them to pay again for the meal until she found the receipt again. Overall, a disappointing meal and experience.

I liked it. The food decent considering the tourist trap surroundings. Would I go out of my way to eat there again, no, but I don't regret having gone either. If it's near by and you're hungry, it's worth a shot.

Great music line-up. But tired of the line dancing songs. One after another. I didn’t know that many songs you could line dance to. You can tell that it is rehearsed. I just wanted a country bar I could take my wife to and dance to several songs. But they would play 3 non-line dance songs and then 10 line dance songs. And then the same 25 people would line dance while we sat and watched. Because it’s obvious we regular ppl don’t know what to do! Gets old after a while. It’s Vegas tho! Great music just wish the line dancers didn’t take up most the night.

We had a family of 5 party. Our food came out after a 45 minute wait ( this doesn’t include waiting for a table). My little brother got the chicken drumsticks and first they cane out literally frozen in the center. The waitress took them back and came out another 30 minutes later and they were hot but wayyyy too hot! We had to wait another 15 minutes for them to cool. Needless to say eat here if you have 2 hours to waste.

Horrible place. There were about 20 people waiting for tables. They kept on telling everyone 15-20 minutes. I walked into the oitside room and there were at least 8 tables empty. When I confronted the hostess she said that thise tables are for 8 or more. I asked another couole and a family of 4 if they would like to share a table and the hostess said that she can not do that. When i asked why she said it was for 8 or more people. I said with all of us we are 8 people. She still refused to seat us. I asked for a manager and she said he was not in. Never going there again.

This is a fun place to go to located inside of the TI (Treasure Island). A huge country bar right on the Strip is very much needed and Gilley’s provides it! They have a huge dining area. A nice size bar and a electric bill ...duh. Great food, service and music makes this a must for locals and visitors.

I have eaten here a few times, mostly out of convenience because of staying at Treasure Island. First time service was good and food was OK. The next two times, service was very slow. Limited menu. I did enjoy watching the drunk people ride the bull. It's ok if you want to go have a few drinks and ride the bull, maybe dance but the food is not that great and service is lacking.

We had the loaded tater tots/fries as an appetizer. They were not great very bland nothing special. The pulled pork sandwich my wife got was awful. The bbq sauce is not very good at all. I ordered country fried steak and it was decent but the mashed potatoes had huge lumps in them. The baked beans had the same flavoring as there bbq sauce. Way over priced for sure save your money or just go to the bar.

Great food. We sat at the bar, had good conversations with the bar tender. He recommended the pulled pork wrap and it was very good.

LOCAL VIBE FEEL ON THE STRIP WITH AWESOME FOOD AND DRINK SPECIALS THAT WON'T BREAK THE BANK - BULL RIDING AND DANCING ALL NIGHT LONG!

Waited for an hour to get seated. Went to our area of seating and tons of tables were dirty. Waiting to be clean. Ordered.... Our server seemed too busy for us. Mashed potatoes were plain and lame. No flavor. Green bean casserole was ok. Steak was good. Food came cold..... Save your money

My food was room temperature at best, green beans were cold on top. Mac and cheese was good, but sent back my brisket and green beans back, was told they were going to make me a new one, but when it came back they both tasted as if they were put it a microwave. My boyfriend had the salmon, which he liked, but his French fries were cold. We are out in Vegas every month, but will not be back to this horrible place.

I always go to Gilley’s every time I’m in Vegas as I like the atmosphere and the decor of the bar and the restaurant. I have noticed that lately, in the past year the food is getting more fast-foody and cooked with cheaper ingredients and there’s less attention to food quality and service. It used to be extremely busy but the last few times I was there it was quite empty...maybe because of the food quality going down. Hopefully they will get back to what they were
