We really enjoyed our stay here. The room came with a balcony and kitchen, which made the experience outstanding. We'd wish we stayed longer in this hotel. We booked a room at Tropicana and it was terrible compared to here. We did not interact with the staff, but check in was very timely and quick. View of the ocean was breathtaking.

The rooms were spacious and modern. The view is breathtaking. Plenty activities for the family. My kids loved the game room. The staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. I would definitely return for another stay.

My family and I had a great stay there. Rooms are spacious, all with balconies and good views because there are no buildings around. It also has game room, cafe/bar, business center and restaurant. Indoor swimming pool, and hot tubs both in and outside. Something to consider is its location, which I think it is ideal for those who want to relax away from the bustling casinos. However, if you still want to visit the casinos or the boardwalk, the resort offers a free shuttle service, or you can walk or ride a bike from the recently built boardwalk extension (about a half-mile distance from the new Ocean casino). You can even fish across the street. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

The rooms look great, and luxurious. They all include a kitchen. The balcony views are lovely! It's only 10 minutes walking distance, to the Oceans Resort Casino. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurants and Bar search Great Food and Liquor. The swimming pool in Jacuzzis are excellent! I will be back to enjoy many visits!

Love this place. Has a little bit of everything. But be careful booking through Expedia or any other booking site. I did and got totally screwed out of a lot of money and they wouldn't or couldn't refund me for 2 weeks!!!!! I flipped out and after almost an hour of back and forth they refunded me in 2 days. But flagship is cute, great rooms no matter what the size. Pool, little movie theater with movie showings. Restaurants and cafe. Little gift shop and every room has one or 2 balconies. Clean. Little eat in kitchens and robes!!!! I've stayed in the winter and in the spring. Both were great! Love this place to get away from the typical casino atmosphere but you're still a long walk or a short cab ride away from it all. Gorgeous views from the balconies. The entire ocean and all of a.c.

The location is great. They lobby and some of the rooms are newly renovated. The shuttle bus is also new. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are not very friendly or professional. The night staff will call you or even come inside your room after midnight with no regard to you or common decency.

We got a clean room with nice view. However, the facility is a bit dated. The only control on the remote we had on the TV in the living room is channel switch. The power and volume buttons are all somehow disabled and the TV is set at an unpleasantly loud level (even the control fixed on the TV can't lower the volume). I assume this is the same for all rooms because one day our neighbor watched TV till 5AM and we can hear the TV clearly until they started arguing. Pool is nice but can be crowded depend on the time. Parking is not free but managed well. We did have a nice family get away since we got nice view and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to carry on our catering. However, we may not be that definite about going back again.

The flagship is a very wonderful hotel. Right on the beach, beautiful room and every thing right at your fingertips! Very nice fishing on jetty , and take long walks on the boardwalk. Me and my wife come every year, for the last 7 years for my birthday. I love coming too the flagship!!!! See you next year!!

Away from all the hustle and bustle. Currently under a much-needed renovation. This hotel is usually decently priced compared to other major hotels on the strip. You also get more room for your money since these are timeshares with kitchenettes. 3 star rating can easily be a 5 after renovations.

Rooms are okay nice views of the beach. Not to fond of the neighborhood poor. Cafe and breakfast buffet are HORRIBLE!!! Staff sucks food sucks, not many choices and expensive for no variety at all. Absolutely stay away from there. Check-in was okay besides the gang of employees hanging out in the lobby watching everyone come in not greeting anyone or holding the door. Don't get off the elevator floor it looks like public housing 5th floor on down. Elevator doors make noise really loud and disturbs your sleep. On the upside they provide plenty of towels. This place is trying to pass for more than what it is motel is what it is!!!

Currently under going construction of front entrance which doesn't really impact on guests. Boardwalk recently extended down to it's location, altho no local access as of yet. Great ocean views from guest rooms. Guest room accommodations are top notch and includes a kitchenette. Great music on elevators but somewhat loud. Restaurant is woefully understaffed. Food is pedestrian. Fitness and game rooms with indoor pool and spa. Secure. Overall a great experience. Would heartily recommend for all.

Dirty and unhelpful staff. The hotel is far away from everything and it's on a fishing pier. Upon driving up the road has many pot holes and there's no real spot to park to check in. There was no issue checking in but parking's not included you have to pay around $8 a day. When we got up to our room I didn't know what to do because the door was already propped open when we entered the room was still dirty bed unmade and dirty towels in the bathroom. While walking down to the lobby we noticed the general cleanliness of the hotel was lacking as the floors where dirty and there was trash all over the halls. When we got downstairs to complain we noticed other people where having the exact same problem of unclean rooms. We complained to those behind the desk and they apologized but offered no other assistance. They didn't offer to help reprimand the problem or even offer us a new room they simply wanted us and others to wait, mind you we had a reservation and even came later so they had plenty of time to be prepared. We wound up deciding to leave and they where giving us a problem with the refund telling us it was something we would have to dispute with the credit card company. Overall all it's dirty over priced and the staff where unequipped and sometimes just rude.
