What a mistake to stop at this Dump call AC Deli in Tropicana, Atlantic City NJ. I get there no one around to attend you I see a guy mopping floor by next door bar I asked him anyone working here.He says I’ll be right there .I am watching him to see if he goes to sink to wash his hands NOPE he comes right to register to take my order which it was 2 sandwiches one roast beef , yellow A , tomato and mayo the other one for wife .Turkey ,Swiss , tomato& mayo . 1water . 1 Diet Coke total $24. I waited a few minutes on the side they make sandwiches put it in a bag I’ll take them we find a place to sit and eat them . When we open our sandwiches nothing but 2 thin slices of meat and 1 slice of cheese 1 slice of tomato cut in half No MAYO. I ate one half I was hungry .Took the other half walked to counter and showed the other half open to gentleman and told him u called this a sandwich you or your owner should be a shame to charge me $24 . I don’t care if u charged me $50. Per sandwich but make a real sandwich I threw it in garbage and walked away . Please people don’t ever order a sandwich from this Deli RIPPED OFFS. Horrible NO MEAT OR CHEESE .

Rude service and a sandwich that looked like it would be mass produced for hospitals. Not to mention absurdly overpriced.

The gentlemen which I think is the owner or manager was very nice. Amazing customer service and very friendly. Coffee was scorching hot. We ordered everything bagels w cream cheese. Omg! It took almost 20 minutes or longer to get these bagels! The worst part is that they were room temperature. I think the time between it coming out of the toaster and me receiving it was too long. I’ll never order a bagel again.

Been coming to AC for a long time. When we stay at Tropicana, I always get quick sandwiches here. They are very speedy with their service and make some great sandwiches. They only use high quality meats and cheeses so you know your sandwich will be good.

I’ve been visiting the Tropicana for years. First thing in the morning of each day we stay there I always go the Deli for a cup of hot water. I have my own green tea bag. Each time the person behind the counter says it’s no charge. I always have money in hand and am very happy to pay for the cup, hot water and service but they don’t take it which I then leave a tip. Today, a very nasty woman with bleached blonde hair told me that she was going to have to pass me over for paying customers behind me (one guy behind me). I replied that I’m happy to pay. She said some very negative words and begrudgingly got the cup of hot water, put it up on the counter and when I handed her my money, she barked at me that she has no way of ringing it up. How is that the customer’s fault? While I did ask for something a little out of the ordinary, I don’t think it called for the treatment I received. I called the deli later and found out she was the manager in charge. If that’s how she treats people, she has no business being a manager.

Horrendous service. One guy taking orders. One guy making subs. No one in front of me. Waited 5 minutes for him to tell me that pick up was on the other side. Saw my sub done and on the rack. Had to ask if I could have my sub. Waited almost 5 more minutes after that when all they had to do was hand it to me. Talk about people who care absolutely ZERO about their jobs. You've been warned

Cashier was very rude about questions asked about the menu....she yelled when i asked about comp dollars and said READ!!!!!... NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.......JUST ANSWER RHE QUESTION....SIMPLE

Food is good, but if do dont want to be blasted out with overly loud musis, this is not the place for you. I love misic, but not this loud. The manager must be deft.

Usually a great place. I asked the white haired lady for change and she didn't bring it. No problem, but she told me not to have an attitude? No attitude was given! I just asked her if she can make change. I am a local. If this is how they treat vacationers this place is off my list!

Their food is ok. They use premium deli meats and cheeses which is great. I'm not a fan of the eggs on their breakfast sandwiches. Their chicken salal is VERY bland.

Your basic deli counter. Great price. Service is fast and the employees are extremely nice. They made my day.
