Not a bad place. Casino not fully open, still working on some things. The decor was amazing! The cafe itself was expensive, and the wait times were longer than they should have been. May go again in 2019 after the opening kinks are worked out.

A busy place to be on the weekends if you like that. I loved the displays of outfits of stars. I went to a Maxwell concert and it was clean, but a lot of the seats were covered and there was too much bass- overtook the singining and other instruments. There were nice cocktails and live music in the bars. I would go back, but I’ve had better venue experiences.

Has potential, but it takes forever to get a seat.They seem confused. Maybe some day. Edit: I know they are busy with all the new attention, so changing my review since the food and wait staff were good. Appreciate the response from Hard Rock.

Stayed at the hard rock three weeks ago and had a nice stay there, did some gambling, went to get my truck from the valet, and they tore the front end off of it. They said they would fix it. I have been getting the runaround now for three weeks and I talked to anybody that would listen. This is just not worth the aggravation . It’s a beautiful hotel but if you have a problem don’t expected to get resolution. If everything goes well, you will have a good time.

Great brand-new casino hotel. Crowd could be younger / classier. Directly at the beach. Satisfied with the suite. Room service steak was one of the best I've ever had. Only complaint is that they don't have a Tesla charging station, was a complete pain and surprising given that it's a brand-new hotel...! Please add it to your parking lot services

So far, I've only been there one, I need to explore more before I give a full review but I was able to find a handicap parking place for my mom, reasonably close to the elevators. All the people I bumped into or helpful and attentive. I was able to order drinks quickly while playing the slot machines most important I had a very good time there. I will be back.

Nice decorations, winning and payouts are low for a new casino though. Great tier match package if you have a high card with $150 bonus money, buffet and suite. Haven't eaten at any restaurants yet. Also players cards can't be checked online yet but online casino is up and running. No bonus money until you deposit, so you'll have to go in person for free bonuses. Right now parking is free.

Just ck in to the Hard Rock Casino Husband here on a work convention. Came to the HR cafe to have a drink an an app. I order a vodka tonic with a lemon..no lemon and no bar straws. I have a regular straw in a small glass my husband order a miller lite bottle. No bottle had to get a draft. Nit good just being here 1 hour.

Just arrived at Hard Rock. A few days ago we reserved a suite, based on black card status at another casino. We booked it and arrived to find our room gone. No suite, no management help, and room we were given to fit all of us had one bed with no covers. There are other hotels and casinos in AC so I am happy to spend my money and my friends money elsewhere.

DONT GO THERE!! I drove all the way from Ohio for opening. I spent tons of money thinking I would at least win something. I did not. Atlantic city will never recover and be what it used to be. They had 1 shot and blew it. So disappointing :( they bought off trump and put 500 MILLION IN IT!! And u can't let anyone win anything?? Tourist trap for sure and I'll never be back as well as reviews in any social media I can find :(i

The NEW Hard Rock Cafe ! OPEN JUNE 28, 2018... Awesome place - All new decor and excellent food. I had the Legendary Hard Rock Burger and it was perfect. Booths are large and comfortable. A sight to behold!! A+

One of our favorite places that we've been to in multiple States as we travel across the country. I have multiple Hard Rock pins, clothes, bags, shirts and always look forward to exploring the next one.

Food was pretty good. Had a long wait for our table and for the check, but otherwise pretty cool place. Live band was pretty good too...

Absolutely wonderful, the food and staff were great. We've been looking forward to eating at the Hard Rock for a long time and finally being able to experience it was great. It's nice that it's also a mini museum with many musicians and bands memorabilia. Definitely a go to place next time we come to AC and every time after that. I also heard plans of a Hard Rock resort which would be absolutely awesome.
