Beautiful hotel and views from the premium rooms. But that's the only reason for the 3 stars. The facility is showing serious signs of age and the disgusting pool and hot tub have all but been forgotten with orange film caked around the edges and lounge chairs rusted and falling apart. They charge a "resort fee" and was informed it didn't include the pool area after I complained of it's condition??? WHERE is the resort then? And now we have NO water at all in our bathroom! Was told that "sometimes things happen in life" and had to sternly negotiate only the removal of the "resort" fee. Still no water.....

Nice hotel, but could use some updates. Great location. Staff were friendly and efficient - though at one point our phone wouldn't connect to the front desk. Very comfy beds, though the down in our comforter was balled up (but it did not matter since it was warm weather). Our dirty towels, robes, etc. were always removed (even if hung up) but not always replaced. Wood on window opening broken. Bathroom pleasant, though no place to hang towels. Decor is nice, but some rugs and hallway chairs are worn. The pool is small, but it was pleasant to swim in at night. Desserts in bar were very expensive and not that tasty. Nice conference venue and catering. Overall a pleasant experience.

I attended a conference here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee is good and venue is big, comfortable, and provides adequate amenities such as WiFi. Air conditioning is a bit too much. Projectors colors are not great but they are bright and generally ready to see.

Overall room and staff great. Pricey for hotel. Plus there is an extra $25 per day that gets tacked on at the end of the stay. The pool is the size of a pool that you will find in someone's backyard. Great if you are by yourself. Uncomfortable if others are trying to enjoy it as well.

Had drinks at the bar. Beautiful hotel. Good staff. Above average prices. Tasty margaritas. Good selection of tequilas. I will definitely positively be coming back to this bar to have drinks in the future. I'm sure the rooms are as nice as the lobby.

We did not stay at the hotel, we just meet some guests for dinner. Food and drinks were great. Service was outstanding. Hotel seemed very nice and luxurious.

Clean rooms and friendly staff! The beds are actually really comfortable. The windows are also able to be opened which I found pretty cool! Some friends staying in another room had issues with the AC but it was resolved quickly.

Super hotel in a great location. Easy walk to shopping square and food. Room, staff and amenities were all excellent. Choose this hotel with confidence.

This Place was great! The staff was extremely friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is walking distance from the a bunch of restaurants. My room had a great view of the mountains! They also sent mailed us a guide book for the city, about a week before our stay! truly a great hotel.

We go here for food all the time and it's consistently good. We stayed here on our wedding night as did many of our guests. No complaints, only happy people.

Very nice hotel and spa. Staff helpful and courteous. Great location and easy walk to plaza and downtown area. Only compliant, hidden resort fee of $25 a day. Be aware of that when booking.
