The Starbucks had a drive-thru and a walk up counter. Ever been to walk up counter Starbucks before. It was cold outside but wasn't completely unpleasant waiting to order and get my coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend call ahead service for the walk-in. Breakfast was surprisingly good although I understand Starbucks does not freshly prepare your food.

Interesting starbucks: counter with outdoor seating only. I like the concept but I'm always eating on the road. terrible drive thru situation, backed up to intersection and was not safe but I had mobile ordered/ paid so I was determined to get into the lot. the app let me order something they don't carry which is a first, not sure I believe the staff or the app. refund took a while. otherwise my latte was perfect and last time I was here had no issues. It was annoying but I will probably go back

I am continually disappointed with the service at this Starbucks — the only reason I return is out of convenience because of the proximity of this coffee spot to the highway. The baristas are rude, service is awful, and the beverages are mediocre at best.

Ordered a venti double shot with heavy cream and classic syrup. This is the nastiest drink ever. If they didnt know how to make it, they should have just said so and I'd have chosen something else. Watered down sugar is all this is. Cannot taste any espresso, drink is translucent, milk instead of the requested heavy cream. I love love love Starbucks but this drink was awful

Great customer service! Took our order, and made sure everything was right before they made our drinks. My girlfriend is vegan so it was making sure nothing had cows milk! They were very helpful and the drinks came out amazing!

There is a barista there by the name of Melissa, she is the rudest person I have ever met. Its obvious she doenst like her job.

Tend to mess up orders. I ordered a peach green tea and got a bitter black tea. Devargas Starbucks is better. A mature staff takes orders correctly with care.

I love Starbucks , but the drinks are made very inconsistently. For the prices, I expect perfection for every visit. Unfortunately this is never the case.

When this place is busy, drive by and go to the Starbucks in the DeVargas mall only 5 minutes away. I ordered a tall double shot cappuccino on the app, 15 minutes later I ended up with a tall single shot latte. No place to park either. The DeVargas mall store always makes the drinks right and there's plenty of parking. It's worth the extra effort,

I had never seen a Starbucks that didn't have indoor seating. It was different. There was seating in the open. I gave only 4 stars because nobody attended to me or greeted me even though they were walking around by the window for some time.

Excellent coffee with great service. The building is for walk ups and drive through only. Ask the barista for the bathroom code.

Maybe it was an off day. Brownie was not really chocolatey as I’ve previously had at other locations. Mocha frappe had too much blended ice, watery.

No indoor seating! There is a drive through which is busy during lunch and before and after work hours. Walk ups are not noticed so I sometimes have to tap on the (my) right side window. Service is New Mexico "relaxed", so don't come here if you are in a rush.
