Was not impressed. Disappointed actually, food was dry, veggies had a weird undertone, prices were WAY too high for the quality of what was put out. Takes a LOT for me to even bother with writing up any review, but we will NOT be returning. I'll spend less than a third of the price at the Arby's around the corner, and get much better quality and flavor... again really disappointed

sadly doesn't even have a after hours sign up kiosk. after midnight.. you will be told in a tad nicer terms ..." ur S.O.L and have fun driving back the 150 miles u drove to get here..." oh and yeah i Know its only few minutes past 12 but thats where we choose to be super by the book and have zero interest in other humans unfortunate events.

Just found something I like and they changed the menu. They just can't leave things alone. They will ruin this just like everything before.

Very small casino. We actually just stopped there to eat. The food was ok and prices were reasonable, but we wouldn't go out of our way to go there again.

I went to the Barranca Cafe in the Cities of Gold Casino. The service was great. The server was great. Food was great too! I was able to feed 5 people on $44 (before tipping). I will be going back for more.

Took dark & very smokey. Area like Bingo, had cold complimentary coffee very disoranized. The lady that worked @ the burger register over charged & took our order wrong.Left the young girl cooking up a few 7 order's by herself. And just walked away on break .Customer care is very important as a prior restaurant owner myself for many year's she had no customer skill's. She sure needs training if she work's with money making casino.. This was on Saturday 7-21-18@ 2pm

Not a “3-star” hotel like another site said. Room was built and furnished by someone who’d never built a hotel before. Furniture barely fit in the room, handle shower head wouldn’t stay put, blackout curtains were ripped or cut to clear the AC vent. Also, included buffet bfast was at back of their smokey casino. Stay could have been worse, but only OK if the cost makes it worth it. Paid $100, should have been $60.

Hosted my son's birthday party there and it was great. Good service and a great deal. Thank you to all the staff.

I go here for the bowling. Locals go here for the slot machines as there are no card tables to be found. Complimentary beverages. Best state overnight at Buffalo Thunder which is only a couple of Miles back towards Santa Fe and only about $10 more.

One of the only casinos left anywhere where you can play penny keno. My kind of casino!!! It's something you can't get at nearby Ohkay or Santa Claran casinos. And their Frito Pies are excellent too!

I actually went bowling with a friend instead of gambling and it was so much more fun. Its nice because no o w bothers you. People mind their own business. That casino was nice too. But they took out some of the machines I liked to play. They so have a lot of new machines though.

House keeping staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast a plus. Replacement needed of curtains and darkshades.

Depends on who you talk to. I got a promo in the mail for 4 nights free stay here. Like the smart person I am I threw the promo flyer away and called to verify that it was still available to me. I called at 7 am to a grumpy lady who said their computers were down and that she would have to transfer me to their sister hotel to see if I got the promo. Okay sure, and the lady I was transferred to was polite but I waited on hold for 10 minutes trying to get a hold oth reservation line to book my room. I decided to hang up and try again. So 3 hours later I call the casino again and get a hold of a man who you can tell hated his job. He was so rude to me over the phone. I said I had a promo for 4 nights free stay there but I wanted to verify before booking a room. He asked for my players card # and I said I didn't have that, then he asks if I have the flyer, my card # should be on that, again I said no then he snaps at me "Well I need the card number to see what you have available." I was really shocked. Like really. I'm not exageratting this guy snapped at me. I told him the last lady looked it up by my name and DOB in which I got a heavy sigh and then he proceeded to look me up using my name in DOB. Like, I'm sorry I'm making you do your job.... but shoot. This guy was rude. So he confirmed my free nights in which I asked if I could use them for this weekend. He said I would have to call the casino and gave me their phone #. Before I was able to say anything else he hung up. RUDE. Then I called the casino to book my rooms and that lady was rude too! I couldn't believe it! In a rude manner she tells me that they have no rooms avail for Saturday and only king size beds avail on Friday. Instead of her telling me I didn't have to use my nights consecutively she just was like too bad. Man, I hung up and called again in which I spoke to a Bianca or Briana there. SHE was so professional and nice and explained my promotion to me and helped me book my rooms. Y'all need to work on your customer service because you got some people with nasty attitudes behind the phones.

A typical Holiday Inn Type Motel. Nothing fancy but clean. Breakfast and lunch are available at reasonable costs
