My favorite casino hands down! Some days I lose and some days I win. Employees are kind and professional, yet a shoulder to cry on if you need it. They always make you feel welcome. My favorite employee, Anthony was a kind and most helpful slot attendant there. Sad to say he moved to South Dakota. Security there is excellent, they hire the best and they know their stuff!

I’ve been a Jackson player for years and most recently I’ve noticed that machines are very hard to win on. I go eat at the buffet and the food is cool, or either thawing out. The buffet needs to add more choices of food and keep it filled as well as warm for people to enjoy. Back to the machines....they need to allow people who bring in their hard earned money to win something in return. Jackson is close to where many of its patrons live, and that is the only reason people deal with Jackson still. Machines suppose to be ranged from 85% to 99% on payouts, all Jackson machines must be set from 85-90%. I cant be the only one who feel this way. Please comment.

Great service! Happy atmosphere. Excellent choices of fresh food. All you can eat lobster, all you can eat of three kinds of hot/cold crab, all you can eat prime rib and all the fixins!! Its a bit of a drive from the 99 freeway but so worth the drive!

This casino happens to be in what I consider the most awesome county in America, Amador County. I watched this establishment grow from a rickety bingo shack that served food and drink in Styrofoam containers to the gaming and recreation center it is today, it is clean, full of polite and attentive staff and is fair with gaming operations. The hosting staff understands player development and are available to interact with regular clients. All in all its a fun place if visited responsibly. Remember, no casino has ever taken any money from anyone, ever. We give it to them freely every time.

Jackson Rancheria Casino is Awesome. We went on a friday afternoon , not many people there. Enjoyed the trip and the gambling event tho I lost....oh well maybe next time.. I recommend going when you can. Lots of fun

We went to Jackson Rancheria for the lobster buffet. Location was easy to find. Quick wait time less than 30 minutes. The lobster was great! All the other food was awesome too, especially the soft prime rib and king crab! The server was always asking if we needed anything and always accommodating. We had a nice time. Would highly recommend!!

Its a casino. Eats moderately priced. Smoking permitted. Margaret cafe nice. Clean restrooms. Not friendly parking lot for motorcycles. Speed bumps too high with no center break. Some hard to see as yellow paint worn off. Had multiple friends get severe damage on motorcycle.

Best buffet around northern california... the casino is clean the staff are friendly. There is an arcade and swimming pool on the second floor towards the hotel... good place to have the kids play at. If you are going for the buffet its $32.99 make sure you get there at 11am sat and sun at the latest to get your ticket in for the earliest next buffet time... after 11:30 to noon it gets really packed!!! The lobster is good size id say medium to small... for the price of the buffet its pretty fresh.. the prime rib is really good nice and juicy not over cooked. You can ask the chef to sear it up some more if you want it well done.

I love the All you can eat Lobsters. The seafood are fresh including the fruit, salad and the fish too. They are very friendly staffs and very professional too. It's fun to visit this place and we have very good customer experience. I highly recommended this place. Any Special occasion to celebrate with you and your family and friends too.

So much fun.. lots of new slot machines. Great dining from burgers and buffets to steaks and drinks. Excellent hotel and great customer service.

I always enjoy myself win or lose, wished it was me jumping for joy for winning like i use to. But that will come back around. Thanks for all the good fun. The meals as always are great, and love our suite.

If you’re bothered by cigarette smoke, this is not the place to go. On the other hand, if you don’t care about the smoke. This place has wall to wall machines. Hotel is available for those who want to stay longer. Eateries when you want take a break from the slots. Wear comfortable shoes and have a good attitude because the wait for the buffet is long. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is available. Wheelchairs accessible if you need it.

The people there are super nice and the buffet is really good! All of the casino games were very enjoyable and as usual, I didn't win anything! I recommend people to eat lobsters there. They are super good and you just can't stop eating!

Jackson is cool for a quick trip to get a gamble fix. Really though, you just lose. If you get there early on Friday and Saturday and the stars align just right you may get into dinner at the buffet, shoot you might even find a machine to play at. It's been a few years since I've won ANY money here. We celebrate when we break even leaving this place.

This place is beautiful and gigantic. It's amazing during the holidays. They have numerous prizes you could win but to qualify you have to spend hundreds of dollars first. The waitress doesn't come around much I resort to hitting my service button at times. They do have valet parking for those that can save enough to pay for it at the end of the night. the food is good but expensive. The gift shop is awesome but overpriced. It's a fun place to go if you don't mind spending a bit of money. I don't like that you don't always have comp play every month. And unless you keep you spending up they don't give you any at all.

Love this casino. Small & cozy. Excellent cafe! Seafood buffet is nice. Free self-service and hosted beverages in the casino. Children's arcade in the hotel. They have their own gas station, camp grounds and rv grounds. Lots of new slots and some older favorites, too.
